So far I am enjoying this smart surge protector. I like being able to control the devices individually. It also helps keep my son from turning on and off the Blu-ray player. It was easy to set up and the smart phone app works very well. I will buy another one of these in the near future over a regular surge protector. The only downside was the shipping. The box look like it took a bit of a beating but luckily the device still worked.

Loved this surge protector! I was able to set it up easily using my Smart Home App. Able to use with Google mini or Echo Dot, and can control each outlet separately.

Intro: I've bought many Geeni products on blind faith. I've not been disappointed by any of them...quite the opposite. It's great to be able to: 1) Give the whole power strip an IFTTT name [like "Power Strip One"] and turn on the whole strip either through the Geeni application - or as I use it: through Google Assistant. 2) Singularly identify each outlet in the strip. For example, in my office I have the outlets set up by printer name (as I have several)...i.e. the Canon Color Laser is called "Canon". So I don't have to have all other five printers in 'power on' mode. When I need to print, I say, "Hey, Google...please turn on Canon". Within a second I an hear it turn on. Sweet!!! I bought a second one of these to separate out a wall outlet in my room for the holiday season. I have four windows with Christmas candles in them in my Bedroom as well as two lamps. So I was able to separate them all out, group the Christmas lights as a 'scene' so they were timed on/off - dusk/dawn. And then gave names to the two attached bed lamps. Complete control with automation. Excellent! I highly recommend it [as long as my rave review doesn't push up the price! :) ]

It's a great surge protector! The only real problem I have with it is that it doesn't work great with our TV.. We have ours in the living room, hooked up to the TV, soundbar, Hue bridge and PS4... It will turn everything on and off except the TV

Really nice. With this Geeni 6 outlet smart surge protector you can control each outlet separately or as a whole. & when I hooked it to my Alexa, it was a smooth connection. Simple, convenient, just really cool too. Throughout time, I will be buying more for the rest of my home.

I bought this to turn multiple devices on and off. Convenient because I had a one outlet switch which was not enough for me. Now I can use it for my fans, lighting and heating appliances. No more plugging in one switch for one appliance. A must have for a multi user.

Unlike other smart devices, this is by far the easiest to connect both on the geenie app and alexa. I didn't have any problem with connection unlike other smart devices that disconnects from time to time. Each sockets can be easily controlled or all together.

I can't give this a bad or good review. I didn't get a chance to use it. I guess I took one star off because It didn't work for what I wanted to use it for. The cord wasn't long enough. Probably my fault for not checking that out before I bough it. I'm hoping I'll get to use it somewhere else in my house.

Its works greet as described. It hooks up to al your smart equipment and does what its asked to do. Lol

This is a great product. This let me have control of my things around the house with the clock of a button the app. And great for making sure kids get stuff done around the house before they can turn on electronics. The timers you set let’s you have control of the generation z that is also in need of electronics.

The Geeni Surge 6-outlet smart wi-fi surge protector is a nice addition to your smart home tech. Just like any normal surge protector, this one plugs into an outlet giving you the ability to expand to 6 outlets. 5 outlets are side-by-side and 1 outlet is spaced out further to accommodate larger plugs or adapters.

This is my second power strip, had to use my protection plan to replace. Like that you can control each individual wifi outlet. Con was that the power strip was constantly resetting turning on and off for no reason. I would also do this if you lost your internet connection. Hopeful that this replacement lasts longer then the first one.

Bought on Aug 2020. It was easy to install and app worked well. Today, Nov 13, 2021 woke up to it not working. It just stopped working. There were no storms or power surges last night to blame. I would’ve expected a product that cost upwards of $32 to had worked longer than not even a year and a half.

This works great for controlling remotely. I have my box turtles lights and some other devices plugged into this. I used it when I was out of state. It works flawlessly with the Google Home system.
