In general mouse feels quality but the issue for me will be annoying.

I do not however like the ui of the glorious app to set up and update the mouse. Also it does not go into sleep mode. So if you dont manually turn it off after use it just stays on and dies.

Has a few issues that have seemed to iron out over time with updates. Be sure to update mouse separately for wireless mode and wired mode. This will require that the mouse is plugged via usb and that the dongle is installed to the pc.

This mouse used to be sold for way more than what it is being sold for now so it's worth the money in my opinion.

Posted .Sorry to read about your experience with the mouse. If the mouse is only stuttering in wireless, please try plugging the wireless dongle into a different USB port that goes directly into your PC / motherboard - avoid using latest gen USB ports if possible.
As for the software, assuming you have the Model O 2 Wireless and you're using CORE 2.1.X, you can give Legacy CORE a try as well - it comes with full support for your mouse and you should be able to customize all of the settings without issues.
