If you or someone in your family has a business gmail account you cannot add these to Google Home. Try having a conversation with your customer when you've installed a bunch of these and then tell them they can't use their primary email for the set up. Some people get really upset about this. This is a Google product. Why would you do this??

Regarding functionality with a business Gmail account, Google Nest energy, safety, and security products are designed for home use. As such, they do not support using them with business accounts due to potential privacy and data usage concerns.
