This was a perfect solution for our condo. The mounting was easy, but pay attention to the orientation of the mounting ring. It’s not easy to change it once installed. The lights and camera can be moved, but have limited range of motion. The camera works well and the lights can be dimmed using the app. This is a nice feature as this is mounted fairly low and the lights would be too bright. One downside is the limited storage time unless you pay for the upgrade service. This camera is already premium priced and I didn’t expect to pay a monthly fee for extended viewing time.

Been using this product for a while now, installation was super easy and it's floodlight is incredible bright. The camera quality is nice for the price and provides a great wide angle view!

I really like the hardware. It is solid and looks sleek. The image on the video is really good, and the flood light is lot brighter than I expected. BUT... 1) Like all current generation Nest cams, these will no work in the Nest App. You have to use the Google Home App, which is not nearly as mature. 2) The support is definitely not as good as other support that I've used with Google before. 3) NOTE: You need to install this into a round junction box. I has assumed that I could use a rectangular one, but I was sorely mistake.

If you can install a light fixture, you can do this. Very clean and clear audio and video. Looks great in night mode or after the light comes on. Person/animal/car detection is very accurate

Amazing quality with an easy setup to install. Works well with Google Home and notifications. The camera quality is great and works well at low-light and at night.

I've been waiting for this product for a long time. As my home is a Google home, one thing they lacked was a floodlight cam. Now I can use this with the many Nest displays I have in my home and see live footage without having to always use the phone. It is a great floodlight, bright, does well at night. And as far as the cam, it has been amazing. Only gripe I would have with the camera, is that the field of view isn't as wide as some of the other devices out there. But still workable and other than this I have no complaints!

The light is fabulous and bright, the camera is very clear and defined. It senses humans but not large animals like deer - not sure why? Not a big issue though. Biggest issue is that once we added this to our network, other devices started having connectivity issues. We have very fast internet service so unclear as to why. Love being able to record backyard activity.

I love the lights, plenty bright. I like the way the motion detection functions. The camera is very clear and in a great spot. My biggest complaint, I already had older Nest gear, like the door bell, that use the Nest app. These cameras only work with Google home.

The camera is okay, don't get me wrong. I really like the system and the look is amazing, but the only issue I have with the light, it's the delay when someone is within range of the camera, the light takes a while before it turns on.

Such a great camera, able to turn off the floodlight and still see clearly with night vision. Floodlight is super bright, lights up our whole backyard, and is very quick to respond to movement

Glad that Google finally released a Nest Floodlight with 24/7 recording (with Nest Aware subscription). I have many other Nest cameras, so this was a nice addition. Video quality is good, the floodlight it bright. I like how you have the option to keep the floodlight on if needed. Biggest con is that this camera does NOT work with the Nest app or the Nest web interface. Hopefully the Google Home app will reach feature parity with the Nest App in the near future so I can finally ditch the Nest App

I was hesitant about purchase because I wanted the Ring product instead.I took a chance on the purchase and I’m extremely satisfied with the picture quality, overall design and sound. The picture quality is excellent and displays in 1080p. I was able to sync with the other NEST products that I had purchased prior. I was extremely impressed with the product I purchased two more. It was easy to pair with wi-fi and app is easy to use and monitor the captured area. If like me and wanted to purchase Ring, I definitely recommend this instead.

Easy to install. No charging necessary. Tons of added security and peace of mind. Also doubles as an intercom system great for communication with my son. I can also watch him in the pool while getting things done around the house.

I love the Nest line of products and was excited about this. There's not much to say - installation was simple (instructions were good, the fixture replaces an existing floodlight with no additional wiring/changes needed). One caveat is that I have a long driveway, I live on a hill, in a small city (~100k people). To get alerts when vehicles approached I had to point the camera down (removing the road/city from the field of view), otherwise, it would alert me when cars were simply driving down the street. Not super helpful.

The overall design of this is pretty wonky. Its weird how the camera part is magnetically held to the base. Someone could easily steal or disable the cam by cutting the single exposed wire if they wanted. Other than that, install was a breeze, and it works as intended. Sensors pick up any slight movement and it notifies my phone immediately. Video quality is pretty good, and the sound is good as well. Only downside app wise, is it wont work with the Nest app. Can only view it on the Google Home app.
