On thevold generation sometimes my bell would work and sonetimescit wouldnt. I recommend this product. Its slim. I purchased the all white. Its great.

The color options aren't that great but I just bought a slick wrap and applied it so it would better blend into my door. If you are invested in the Google ecosystem it is a work while buy if you find it on sale. Unfortunately the Google Home app still has a lot of work to do. The Nest app was far superior.

We understand that longtime Nest users enjoy viewing their Nest camera/doorbell feeds from the Nest app. However, our priority with this launch was building a complete experience for our new cameras and doorbell in the Google Home app. We’re working on bringing full functionality to the Home app as we want to create an integrated experience with other Nest and smart home devices. And while the new Nest cameras and doorbells are exclusive to the Google Home app, users with previous versions of Nest cameras can view their camera feeds in the Google Home app alongside the new Nest Doorbell and Nest Cams.

The notifications actually recognizing when a package is present and when it is removed is a really nice touch.

I had a Ring for about 5 years and it was starting to flake out a bit, so i needed a replacement. I already have several Google products (Nest router, hub, etc), so it was an easy choice to go with this doorbell. I couldn't be happier. Quick and easy installation and seamless integration into my existing Google Home products. The night visibility is excellent and I really love the recognized faces feature. 10/10 would recommend!

No power tools were needed and setup was even easier hooked right up to my wifi and the video quality along with the audio quality is next to nothing out right now! Its amazing super crisp and clear with night vision that looks just as good as daytime veiw! Would 10 out of 10 recommend and have recommended!

Google facial recognition is super nice to tell me who came to my door, as well as recognizing when a package is dropped off or removed from my porch. It struggles a bit early on with differentiating faces of people with similar hair, but after a while it catches on. Super convenient that it integrates with my Nest Hub and Google Home Mini's. Facial recognition pictures can be pixelated at night and in low lighting, but overall very satisfied
