For what I’m using it for it is excellent, great quality and app works well

I'm waiting for my son to install this after Christmas, but he has one and loves it.

Replaced this with a late 1980s thermostat. Huge difference in the ability to control while occupied and unoccupied. Now controlling temps exclusively using my smartphone. The stat is intuitive and will record your occupancy history and temperature preferences.

Terrible do not buy these the worst thermostat ever made. Had nothing but trouble Had to contact the manufacturer 3 times and got 2 replacements for 2 thermostats ( 4 thermostats) These are not made by Nest Look at each product made by different companies! This is a lemon check other web reviews ! We did not ! BIG MISTAKE ! Terrible Turned our heat pump off twice !! On its own !! Couldn’t get it on ...without hours and hours of phone calls and new thermostats being sent ! Then it did it again ! 3 time a charm Called our electrician Installed different type We lost money on all ends Do not buy ! Nest will not help you

Learning feature is the best...i like the display as well

The nest has really helped bring down my electric and gas bills.

It's a good product of which I had for almost 2 years. The downside to this product is that if it can't locate an internet signal, it will drain the battery significantly and the only remedy is to exchange the entire nest system. Thankfully, I had paid for the additional two year warranty so the exchange was no problem but it's definitely a flaw in the Nest as they don't update properly.

Bought two of these for my home. It took some adjusting to get used to. I did have issues with one of the thermostats. For some reason it is not compatible, maybe there is an issue with the wiring but it always cuts off saying the nest is not connected. People at nest could not trouble shoot it so my husband put the old thermostat back on and we still use the 2nd one for our downstairs.
