The problem we have experienced is an unstable WiFi connection. The thermostat frequently disconnects from the WiFi and is difficult to reestablish the connection. The thermostat still works with out the WiFi connection but the features one buys a “smart” thermostat for don’t work without a stable WiFi connection.

This is a great device, easy to be manage, remote access. It was really easy the installation process, it took me like 15 min.

I love how it connects with Alexa and also the new functionality is great. Also check with your local energy provider for additional discounts.
