Worst Nest product ever!

I installed it 3 days ago and all seemed to be fine until today. I have a C wire but Google said I did not need to connect it so I did not; however, my AC stopped working due to battery issues with this thermostat. I had to research how to troubleshoot this expensive piece of crap and am currently manually charging the unit. I shouldn’t have to purchase additional wire connectors to get this expensive unit to work properly. I will most likely be returning this useless product this weekend. I do not recommend this product.

Great buy saves energy money and time

Installation is a breeze if you research prior. Nest has great videos to watch to get you ready. I'd purchase again!
