I like how easy this was to set up and get installed.

I can simple say it works and does its job just pay attention to the installation

nice to be able to control from anywhere. seems to default to learning mode no matter how i adjust.

Pretty cool but can't get the internet to connect. It does learn your habits do you don't have to schedule settings.

I was really looking forward to replacing my existing thermostat and loved everything about Nest. Never installed, will return and but different unit probably Ecobee . Nest support cannot determine if this is compatible with my home heat/ac system. Several attempts with support failed..called Nest Pro who was willing to help for a service call charge. No free estimate. Very disappointing.

Hoping to save time and energy using this. Waiting for new home to be built to use this

Awesome! Got two of these and it is so convenient! I don't have to go upstairs anymore if i want to change the temperature of the AC or turn it off. Very nice sleek modern look too!

I did a lot or research on this and finally made the purchase. Very good decision. Easy setup and really manages the AC unit well. Also nice perk emails a monthly report of use.

Nice features a little pricey only had for a month i guess ill see if it pays off in the long run

Works great love the online controls... the only prob i have is the same as others have stated, it shows the set point not the actual room temp, there is no way to change it to do so. i dont care that much, but if this will annoy you then dont buy unless they have a software update to fix it. this is why i gave 3 stars.

I bought 3 "nests" its great when ur not around and can use ur phone and it definitely saves some energy. My only complaint is that when the nest figures out ur schedule and when your schedule becomes different that particular day or so your heat will turn on automatically when you wouldnt or heat will turn off when u want it on.. U gotta check occasionally on your app to make sure the heat it ok!

The great thing is you actually save money because you can always turn it off when you forget to! It's still a bit pricey for what it is, but it's sleek and functions well.

The WiFi chip completely broke and nothing I did could fix it. Nothing worse than getting a thermostat this expensive and not being able to use it properly.

My wife was very surprised with the self learning. Hopefully the nest helps with energy savings.

First unit didn't work out of the box. The second one is doing okay so far.

This is 4th one I've bought. Easy install, and compatible with furnace. This one special order color only. But easy fast shipment.

Very easy to install. If needed Nest will hold you by the hand until your done. I am now able to control the heat and non heat need away from home on my cell phone.
