The battery needed to be charged for over an hour before I connected it to the wall, which they don't tell you. You have to call the customer service to find that out.

I don’t have routines set, nothing to do with 66 but all by itself, just creepy. The app control is great and it connects easily to my hub.

Mind you this is during winter where my house was reaching 60 degrees. I think I will stick to conventional thermostat next time if I can't even replace basic battery for defected charge port.
