Love the ability to have to do nothing when leaving and coming home to set my temperature in my house. The ego mode is the best

I love this device. It is great to be able to turn this down to cool the house before you get home. Also the eco feature keeps saving $$

What can I say, this thermostat works so well! It's very easy to install and set up. It's already helped me save money on my electric bill.

I am sure this is a good product, but this was not compatible with our current system. The customer support is amazing! When we called them for help, they really went above and beyond to help us. Super sad to have to return this. Would recommend everyone check first to make sure this will work with your system.

The first week the internal battery died not allowing me to control the thermostat. I did some searching on the nest website for solutions but couldn't find answers so i call support (they say their 24/7 but its very poor at best) I talked to a woman who helped in the initial contact i was given a case number and was told to call back if the symptoms persisted. symptoms persisted and i have tried twice with no answer. Today Saturday i called again and after 30 min someone picked up, then put me on hold for another 30 min then some one got my case number and as of this writing i have not heard for that person i am at 1 hour and 26 minutes still on hold. Don't buy any nest product i am going to return this one. They say they have long Waite times because apparently there are a lot of people with issues similar to mine Dont buy Dont buy save your self a big headach

Absolute Desaster for a thermostat by eyes it look good soon after installing it those not registered Heat it blows only cold air but it says heat an want an Nest app rewus after rewus people have same problem but no help from the costumer service and it caused my furnace to burn furnice fuse please read rewus before buying it i had to call heating and cooling it 22 pm it night to tack @ down put my old one works great no problem for that kind of money is not worth it and all .

Easy install and it's much more efficient than analog versions. Great functionality. Only drawback is it isn't compatible with apple HomeKit

Super easy to install and the app is super nice. This is also compatible with Samsung Smartthings if you want to deal with ST Integrations.

This Nest thermostat is a nice upgrade from our traditional one. Saves energy & I like being able to control temperatures from my phone!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my dad. He absolutely loves it! Takes hardly any time to set up and is very easy to control.

Love this as I have control over my AC while away and can adjust accordingly before I get home. Or if I forgot to set it before leaving.

Good product with good support. Setup with two wire furnaces can be tricky.

Installed very easy, programming was a breeze as well. Hooked up to the Amazon Echo seamlessly. Seems to be working well at this point.

This is the best thermostat you can buy. It remember how you change the temp throughout the day and changes it for you.
