Painful to setup but great add on to smart home

Undoubted, this is a great add on to your home, and also works with google home seamlessly. Schedules, and learning everything works as claimed. I will just cover the pain I have to go through to set up this. Setting this up was a nightmare, because of the wire connections, I bought this in winter and woke up every morning inside an icy cold home because the tech care support had no idea to help me on the proper wiring. After 5 days of nightmare, and complete different answers from customer care tech support each time I called, I finally got this all set up,
