Perfect companion for my Nest thermostat

Really like how it just fits perfectly and it looks nicer than the previous one I had. The material is plastic but it's well made and seems durable. A must-have if the installation calls for it.

The kit consists of... wall cover, metal mounting plate, & screws - 2 long & 2 short. The mounting plate is necessary to adapt horizontal (on electrical box) to vertical mounting holes (on Thermostat ring). You can see and feel the care and engineering efforts put into the design of this product and its container. The detail, quality and aesthetic manifest on every part - cover trim, metal plate, screws with blue loctite and even the cutout paper holding parts and screws. Just amazing!

This plate covered the old tatty areas of paintwork behind the old thermostat nicely and made the whole thing look slick again.
