Worked just like I expected made my thermostat look better

A little over prices for a piece of plastic, but whatever. I installed this along with my Nest programable thermostat. If you dont want to paint or spackle the leftovers from the old school thermomstat, this is a good hide and it looks better than just the Nest on the wall.

First time installing to smart thermostat and step by step instruction was clear. I wish the instruction will say that trim kit should have it if needed so I don't have to go out and get it in the middle of installation. Anyway, thank goodness that BestBuy is closeby so completed the installation.

Bought these trim pieces for my nest thermostats and they look good and covered the imperfections on the wall behind them.

Installed this in less than 15 minutes. I work out of town so its nice to be able to control my thermostat away from home. Love it.

Fits perfectly with the new nest thermostat. Covered up the rectangular area/holes/paint on our wall where our old ugly thermostat was previously mounted. They should include this with the thermostat for free but it's not bad for only 15 bucks.

I like how you can install this vertically or horizontally, as the hole in my wall was more tall than wide. Very easy install.

Perfect Fit..the Nest plate along with the thermostat is superb. The colors match perfectly. Additionally, for the price of both the system is state of the art with performance. It’s the top of the line I’d recommend to for any home.

the next thermostat was smaller than the previous one we had so the trim kit covered up the area that hadn't previously been painted

We were hoping not to have to use this, but actually glad it was needed! Looks great on the wall behind the thermostat. The convex nature (rather then laying flat on the wall) was a bit confusing, but trust the instructions :)

This purchase was fine but I'm extremely upset about what i thought was another purchase. I went online on February 22, 2022 to pre-order the samsung s22 plus to get the upgrade and $200 gift card with $100 off the phine. I received an email confirming that I would be contacted when the phone became available. I hadnt heard anything more so i went to the store yesterday where i was told i had never pre ordered the phone that i had only requested to be notified when they became available. If thats the case the website is very deceptive because i was on the pre order page. The email even has the reduced monthly cost of the phone. I was told there was nothing they could do so I left the store extremely angry. It's always something with your conpamys promotions. Always very deceptive.

a little expensive for a piece of plastic and this should come with the thermostat rather then be a seperate piece to buy. But it cleans up the wall, looks nice and saved me from having to patch/paint the dry wall after removing the old thermostate

This trim kit was easy to install. It took me about 5 minutes and it looks great.

Unfortunately when the AC unit and old thermostat stat was installed they left holes and it looked horrible. this gives the new thermostat a nice clean look

Fit the Nest very well and covered up small holes from previous thermostats.

It served its purpose, after switching out my thermostat, there is an ugly patch of unpainted drywall which had a few holes around. This served the purpose of covering it up and making the nest thermostat look a bit more 'presentable.'

When buying a Nest, you need to buy this too. I takes care of the fact that the old 80's unit you are trying to replace seamlessly fits in your home's aesthetics.
