The charge lasts a month and it does everything we need! Easy to install too!

About 2 weeks after the warranty expired, the unit randomly disconnected in the middle of the day and completely bricked with no power. Google says its an internal hardware issue and refuses to address the issue further as it is recently out of warranty by a couple weeks. They also refuse to acknowledge if any updates were recently sent that might have caused an issue. They further claimed they have no records of other such issues but a quick google search will tell you that is not accurate. Overall, not worth the money for barely a year of service. Also, remember when your doorbell breaks to cancel your Nest Aware subscription because they'll keep charging you even if you have nothing to use it on.

Camera Ai not accurate.

Despite saving the facial data of my acquaintances, the camera consistently fails to accurately identify individuals at my doorstep. This issue has occurred on 12 separate occasions, leading me to question the value proposition of the subscription. Furthermore, I have discovered a significant concern regarding account security protocols. When sharing a Google Home account and granting access to another individual, it appears that they gain full access to the associated email account. I believe this warrants attention to ensure the security and privacy of users.
