Great Doorbell camera

We still don’t have it connected to our actual bell. We do like the notifications on our cell phones when someone approaches the door.

I highly recommend it is a high quality and integrates really well with the Google home environment.

Probably my wifi but the app is really delayed unless they ring the bell. The video alarm is delayed enough that people are gone before I know they were here.

People expect to way too much nowadays, its literally a camera with a button. Thats it. I don't expect it to be perfect. But, it works like its supposed to.

Here are some recommended troubleshooting steps that may help improve your overall experience with the doorbell:
- If you have a lot of open apps on your phone, they can slow down its overall performance. Try closing some apps, including the Home app, and then re-open it.
- If that doesn’t work, you can try restarting your phone or device.
- Check your network as your doorbell notifications can also be delayed by a slow network connection.
- Other devices in your home may be using a lot of bandwidth. You can temporarily stop a device’s bandwidth use manually by quitting an app or program, disconnecting it from Wi-Fi or ethernet, or by turning it off.
- The notifications can be delayed if your camera, phone, tablet or computer is connected to a Wi-Fi extender, which adds extra relay time to any device that’s using it. In this case, connect your camera directly to your Wi-Fi router to help reduce the delay.

Great doorbell

It is far better than the other big name doorbell that we had prior to this one. Faces are very clear and the viewing angle is amazing too.

The battery life is months, the notifications on our devices were easy to set up, and this has proved to be a lifesaver when we're using the restroom (the cross-talk function lets you tell someone to wait).

The battery is great because we didn’t have to run any wires.

The only thing that lowers this one from the wired version is the camera isn't wide angle.. Still works great if you have Google products in your home.
