Set-up was extremely easy and the range with just the 2 pack exceeds the 3 pack I was using before.

It drops internet continuously and customer support is not helpful. Actually, I don't think Google customer support knows what they are doing to support this product. Unfortunate as I loved their previous version but this one is not worth the price.

Yes, they allegedly have 6E wi-fi capability but these are only useful at all if you have less than 1 gig internet. Unlike similar priced mesh systems that have 2.5 gig lan ports (or 5gig for a little more money) these have an outdated 1 gig port. So no matter how fast your internet is, the best you can hope for is around 800mbps. Using the TP Deco I am now getting 1.5 to 2.0 gbps at my PC.
