    Makes the hero 8 sound great. You don't and extra mic. Get a external light panel.

    Grant me the amount for GoPro hero 8. Works with microphones works with a display mod light mod You can Attach multiple things to it at once. I have my display man hooked up to it and My Rode microphone that I highly recommend you get.

    I think this little media mod for GoPro is really useful. It has the extra cold shoes plus the external directional mic so you can vlog without having to put on an external mic. The external ports for USB, HDMI are also a welcome addition.

    Very good for when you need that little boost of better sound, or when you run the risk of dropping or banging your gopro against a hard surface! Good protection and it doesn't add too much bulk.

    Little difficult to install. If it is installed, it isn't waterproof any more.

    I mainly use this to record my rides and because of the charging port positioning. The only cons of this 1) the thumb screw. The thumb screw collides with the mod and tilts it off my helmet mount just a little bit. Which isn't a nuisance, but untightening the screw is painful because I sometimes have difficulties getting my fingers between the screw and the mod to unscrew it. I could carry a screwdriver with me every where but that's not the point.. 2) The charging port no longer worked after 3 weeks!! I could no longer charge my GoPro battery through the port! It was very upsetting! Let's hope this replacement I got 2 days ago last longer than 3 weeks..
