    You will Definitely need a second or even a third battery if you're capturing a lot of footage. Hyper lapse alone will eat up a lot of power. Just a suggestion but you should buy at least one extra battery.

    Excellent battery, just wish I had a charger. It's a real nice color. And it slides in real smoothly. It will even slide in and out repeatedly.

    I use GoPro cameras a lot over the years, they are great cameras but always suffer from short battery life in harsh weather conditions. I always bring at least 4 batteries on a shoot whether it’s fpv drone shots or mounted to a race car. Extra batteries are GOLD.

    While these batteries work great in my GoPro 7 they do not work in my 5. The box states that they are compatible but they will not turn on at all. For my 7 I am happy with these. They keep a decent charge and can film for a solid 60+ minutes. I use 2 GoPros to film high school soccer matches and switch out the batteries at halftime. These newer batteries have more juice in them than the ones I’ve been using for over 5 years, as would be expected. If you have a GoPro 7 I would recommend this battery.
