I purchased this phone for my 90 year old mom and cancelled her ATT windows phone. Big mistake. Both the external and standard speakers are weak, worse than her old windows phone. The software is confusing and inconsistent. Some calls are answered by taping answer other calls have to be answered by sliding a circle. Mom is frustrated and can't get at least 50% of calls answered. Call quality is also inferior. If you call support you will be on hold forever and then get a person who is difficult to understand and who can't help. I hate this because I was so looking forward to mom having a phone with a loud speaker that was easy to use. This phone is the opposite. Sorry to say, phone is bad and Great Call even worse. Don't even consider this phone and service.

Bought as gift for elderly mom. She likes except for major design flaw for elderly. The speaker is both too low for ring sound especially if in purse. Why is speaker on back? Even worse to hear voice messages. Voice sometimes is garbled.

It won't show calls coming in.You get all sorts of weird calls from the service.

I am not very tech savy so I don't know my problem was me or with the phone. At first the phone was great then started having all sorts of problems to the point where I had to send back the phone to the phone co., Great Call and they sent me another one.

The phone was expected to be the easiest to use by the elderly person, but It required somebody's assistance on computer to set it up, and the Best Buy store was not able to help, we are still looking for somebody to help to make the phone usable.

Disappointed with this phone and the plan offered. Wanted to use it for occasional use and emergency purposes only and did not want to include a data plan. You are not able to receive group texts without a data plan. You are better off getting a conventional phone plan. Much happier with a T-Mobile plan.

Bought as a gift for my senior mother. Thought it would be easier than iPhone. Actually it’s more difficult to use and costs $45 month for bare essentials. Regret this purchase.

After 4 phone calls to GreatCall due to not being able to send or receive communications finally a tech came to the conclusion that the phone's semi card might be defective. I did return the phone to Best Buy and they politely replaced it. Have yet to attempt to activate the new one.

Telephone did not have a ??? card either in the phone or in the packaging. A call to customer service resulted in instructions to return the phone to Hummingbird and they would send out a new one.. We have not received it yet. Sorry I can not remember the name of the card.

Have no recollection of even purchasing this product. I don't own a 4G Smartphone. They are too complicated for my tastes & too many gadgets involved with it.

I bought this phone for my mom thinking it would be easy for her to use but it’s not. I wish I would have just paid the extra and got he an iPhone.

mailed phone back 3 weeks ago n called about it....they need some kind of return number that i dont have, but they know they sent t even though i canceled the order

This phone is supposed to be senior friendly but my mom had problems answering the phone. She could text but if a call came in she could never answer.

Poor customer service, when u call jitterbug it takes a hour wait on the phone to reach someone. We had better reception and service area with are old carrier.

Have called 5 times and still have not gotten issues resolved. Calls sound like you are in a hole. Not sure if it is the phone or what

The jitterbug is a very well designed smartphone.the signal strength is insufficient in South Hanover Pa., rendering it useless for normal calls!

Phone did not work right. Service was terrible too.

This is a low quality phone that is not that user friendly nor work well. Do not recommend.

Unable to activate after several tries. Also, keyboard is very small. resulting numerous erros.
