I had never heard of this brand or seen these chairs before, but I noticed them on sale and they looked real nice. I'm glad I took a chance because these are absolutely fantastic. Very comfortable and a great value, especially on sale. Assembly wasn't too bad, and this is a great replacement for an older chair I was using. I liked it so much, I bought my wife one as well.

This chair is dangerously comfortable. I sat down to “just test it” and suddenly three hours disappeared. The breathable fabric actually works (no sweaty back regrets), and the ergonomic support makes my spine feel like it just got a raise. The footrest? Life-changing. I’ve officially reclined so hard I forgot my responsibilities. Plus, the white and black colorooks amazing in my setup. Easy to assemble, sturdy, and way nicer than my posture deserves. 10/10 would accidentally nap in again.

I bought this gaming chair for my son birthday gift. When I get it，then assembled it ，when he sit on chair ，he felt comfortable and relax ，he like it very much. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

Very nice chair. Comfortable in all the right spots. The chair back is the perfect height to prevent neck pain. I like that the footrest is removable. I don’t use it all the time. It’s easy to remove and replace.

Photo of item I ordered did. It match the item that was delivered and product photo has since been updated to reflect what was delivered. The darker photo is what I thought I was receiving. As I needed a chair I decided to just keep it. It is comfortable and meets all my needs however it is not purple at all.

Arrived damaged and incomplete. One arm rest could not be attached and the seat and back was damaged. From what i could put together the chair was a bit too small and firm for me as well. Reached out to support for a refund and to dispose of the chair (since it could not be returned to best buy), they instead offered me $5 and a new arm. I needed to beg and negotiate via email for a week after sending photos. Support finally offered me a return option, after attempting to negotiate compensation, instead of offering just to dispose of it. I am about to ship it back tomorrow. Will never purchase a chair from them again, and their support needs to pay attention to what customers are asking for, so they don't prolong a frustrating process.

Terrible company and customer service. The “Gray” model of this chair isn’t real and if it is please someone make a review about it so I can hit call them up and tell them they were lying. I was told that the cyan version sku and this gray sku numbers were the same but that’s completely wrong. Then I never got my money back for the shipping label I had to print to return it. These chairs are just terrible in general. The cushion and build is the same for all these racing gaming chairs that you can buy for like 90 bucks. Also they really don’t care about you not getting your product or try to help with sending the right product. All I wanted was the gray version of this chair but they said that they didn’t have it and that it’s actually the cyan version of the chair. Don’t buy someone you actually care about this chair or from this company.

Im not able to review it as I haven’t received it. It was supposed to be delivered on 01/02/26 and the tracking number that is provided shows that it is out for delivery but when you check the tracking number it shows that is in an ups location since that date. I have reached to the seller and Best Buy customer service but they did know what was happening.

This is a HUGE upgrade from the chair we had prior! It solved all of the issues, being breathable and able to recline. Was a simple step by step assembly (completed by and 11 year old) and is very sturdy. Would definitely recommend!

A little narrower than I was expecting from the picture. But, once I got used to it it wasn't so bad. The lubar pillow is a little lacking; it doesn't actually attach to the chair, freely sitting against the back. This causes it to constantly fall over until you force it into place through repeat sits. Also, a major negative is the leg rest. It's *very* short. At 5'11, I'm not the tallest person and it barely supports my upper calves. Very uncomfortable.

Very comfortable chair, excellent quality and beautiful design. It feels solid and well-made, and looks great in the room. Definitely worth the money — I highly recommend it.

This chair is phenomenal, and it is easy to put together! I would add images, but it looks exactly how it does in the advertisement after assembling it. I recommend adding the foot rest as it is an easy installation, and it is quite convenient to kick back and relax when either playing video games or simply chilling. I also use this chair sometimes to do office work because the neck rest and lower lumbar spine support rest are comfortable when sitting for long periods of time. The reclining and height adjusters work great as well! I recommend this chair if you're looking for a better gaming experience or if you want a more comfortable chair for your back/neck.

Bought this chair for my home office. It is extremely comfortable and very sturdy.

This has to be the only chair that is so comfortable that I have purchased . I had to leave a review. I use this chair to read and work since I work from home. Ive just began to game so im excited to use it for that too. My husband bought this chair to because he games and says it really gives him comfort while he plays his racing games. 10/10 would recommend. We got the grey and white one and pink one for me .

We’ve had this gaming chair for about a month, so I can’t fully speak to long-term durability yet. The chair includes a vibrating massage pillow for the lower back, but I wouldn’t consider this a major selling point—it’s a nice extra, but not something I use often. That said, I do appreciate the lumbar support overall. If you’re looking for a chair that reclines, this one does exactly that. It also has a pull-out footrest that provides additional leg support, which is especially nice when reclining. I do have some uncertainty about the durability of the footrest over time, but so far it’s been fine. Overall, this chair is an okay option. It’s comfortable and has some nice features, but I’d recommend it more as a mid-range choice rather than a top-tier gaming chair.
