Unfortunately I had to return this twice. The heating indicator does not change color from blue to red as the water heats up and it never shuts off automatically like it’s supposed to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Firstly I would like to say I love the colour and the style. I had a Smeg before but wasn't prepared to spend that much on a kettle again. I find the Haden is a little noisier and tends to vibrate when coming to a boil.

You sent me a used or refurbished kettle. Not acceptable! Now I have to go to the store and return it or go out and ship it back!

After four years, I feel it time to replace it. But it’s still working excellent. The buttons are beginning to be worn. Replacing it with another of this brand.
