Doesn’t go 28mph app is useless and the keys are only for locking the battery in place. the indicator on the battery isn’t the same as indicator on the screen. It’s up to you to determine which one you’ll go by. Bike was slightly damaged when I received it back brake may need adjusting

I like the bike and I figured out how to put it together. However, the battery has a faulty connection in the switch and I have not been able to use the bike as I have been exchanging emails and videos they ask me to take of what I am doing, I have asked for a new battery, but am waiting for their response to the last video I sent showing how the battery connects very sporadically.

Could not be happier with the Haybike. Everything I was looking for in a collapsible e-bike. The family enjoys the bike each time we bring it out. Can’t wait to hit the mountain!

This bike was originally purchased for my son as a birthday gift. After convincing him that it was a weekend rental that we had to share the weekend before his birthday, which was midweek, he raved about how he wanted nothing more to have one for his birthday. After the weekend was over i his it and gave it him on his birthday and HE... WAS... ECSTATIC!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY so was I; for him and because i fell in love with it also. So, when my son told me i should get one also so that we can ride together and that it would also save me money on gas it wasnt much convincing needed... i bought another!

I purchased this bike from Best Buy last week and was initially excited to try it out. After assembling it and bringing it on a camping trip, I discovered it was defective. Despite a full charge, the bike shuts off immediately, indicating a likely wiring or battery issue.

I am super happy with this bike! I can now venture 4x my normal range on my mountain bike without braking a sweat! I did a 18 mile ride on pedal assist 2 holding a 13 mph pase and at the end still showed 100% battery remaining. Only thing I recommend is to take your time putting together. I needed to adjust the brakes and fine tune comfort items after putting together.

Bought the bike for my daughter to go back to school and it broke down just after the 30 day Best Buy return window. I called HeyBike customer service and they requested a video explaining what is wrong with the bike, which I did to the best of my ability. Sent the video in but never got any confirmation they received the video. Had to follow up with a call and it seemed like we had to start all over. HeyBike has not communicated with us and we’ve had to initiate all contact. Bike’s been sitting in my garage since August with no resolution. HeyBike does not respond and seems to be confused when I call. I would strongly recommend people stay away from this bike and work with a reputable bike shop when selecting an E Bike. That way they can help you with any issues. Usually I buy geek squad protection but it’s not available for the HeyBike which should had been a red flag considering Best Buy does not provide technical support for this product.

The bike came with a bad motor controller, and getting a replacement has been a nightmare. I have been going back and forth with them for over two months and still do not have a fully working bike.
After asking me to do much of the testing that should have been done at the factory, they did send me out a replacement controller within a few days, and it did work, but it was not the same model and does not fit into the housing. The agent, Shawn keeps insisting that it should fit according to his "Technical Team", even though I provided images and video as proof, several times. We've been stuck in that loop since September!
I tried returning the bike to Best Buy but got no relief as the item is not returnable, apparently even if it doesn't work.
I reached out to Heybike and was told that support for Best Buy purchases is only through email. The email support must be offshore, as replies often take days, and usually arrive between 2 and 4 AM.
In all fairness, the bike is of awesome quality, but the support is horrible; buyer beware!

I just hit 150 miles on the Mars 2.0 and let me tell you that it is the best purchase I have made. Saves me 70$ of gas a week and is just fun to ride. Highly recommend!!!!
