Stuck pixel

Tv looked great for about a month. After about a month just after the 30 day return policy there is a stuck pixel. Ive been trying the stuck pixel apps and everything i could do to fix it but it won't go away. Its a large tv so I was hoping i wouldn't have to take it back but it's brand new and was not cheap. If they can fix this for me I'll change this review

Better than a $5000 UST projector

I purchased this 100" Hisense after owning an AWOL Vision 100" UST projector. My husband and I both think the picture is better. Two things we both disliked about the projector is the dead pixels after 1 year of use, and the audio didn't sync to the video. We were using an Amazon Firestick 4K and using 2 remotes. We have eliminated the dead pixels, the use of 2 remotes, and the audio sync issues. We have the tv sitting on top of a 97" tv stand. The tv was somewhat easy to mount the stands to. We needed 2 people for this. We brought in a third person to lift the tv onto the tv stand. We are highly satisfied with our purchase. We had the tv delivered and were happy with every aspect of the delivery.

I was somewhat hesitent to buy the Hisense brand since there are some less than flattering reviews, but I'll freely admit my concerns are gone now that it's setup and I've been viewing it for a few days. The black are, to me, stunning and the colors are vivid. I am extremely happy with the purchase. 100% recommended.

I could NOT be happier with this purchase. It has only been 2-3 months, but the picture and sound (without any external speakers) from this TV is absolutely outstanding. This was my first Hisense and the largest TV I have ever purchased, and was quite hesitant making this purchase of a supposed lower end brand. However, I read and watched many reviews of this latest U8 and with the significantly lower price compared to other supposed higher end brands of comparable specs, I took a chance. So far I absolutely love it, and I hope the bright vivid picture remains for years to come!

Stunning picture. Still exploring settings, but very impressive overall. Using home theater so haven't checked audio from TV speakers.
Installation by geek squad exceeded expectations. Besides mounting and hookup, they configured TV and home theater settings and demonstrated menu options.

Excellent 100" TV. I also researched a different brand, a 98 inch, then I just happened to see this model. So glad that I made this purchase. I recommended to my son, and bought another as a gift!

Thanks to the horrible people at Best Buy and 4 (FOUR) no-shows for the delivery of this TV, haven’t seen this yet.
They constantly lie about the delivery and they actually don’t have the set in stock - PERIOD!! So ONE MONTH after the purchase I don’t have the set and they are still lying. The Hisense deserves - as a great and stellar TV - MUCH BETTER - then the garbage at “WORST BUY”!!!!

Terrible best buy service . Reached out 50 times because they delivered a defective product and they rescheduled like 10 times and still not resolved . Customer care is not helpful and they refuse to provide an email or contact to resolve the issue
