Piece of junk

The screen went black in the middle of a show and nothing I did, reboot, new batteries in the remote, etc. brought it back. Contacted Hisense live chat and they asked for a credit card number before they would help me. No way!! Do not waste your money!

Hisense breach of warranty

I have tried several times to get assistance and they keep trying the same steps. I asked for a supervisor and advised one will contact m e in a few days.

This is no more acceptable to than it is to you, please perform a factory reset by going to Menu>> Settings>> Device preferences>> Reset>> Reset your TV back to the factory default. Don’t buy

Randomly turns off, won’t connect with phones to stream and the remote only works occasionally. Don’t waste your money on this brand.

Skip!! Buy Another TV

After the geek squad agent finished mounting the TV and turned it on the TV was showing massive Light Bleed. I have request a return and refund and it will be processed in a few days. I am very disappointed and mad with Hisense.

Time to look at Walmart

Our panels contain around 3 million thin film transistors, which provide exceptionally sharp picture quality. Occasionally, a few non-active pixels may appear on the screen as a fixed black, blue, green, or red point. Surprisingly good budget TV.

Price for the size is more than fair and everything about it is well above average. Definitely not what you probably expect from a budget TV. Especially love the remote, thankfully that while this is a smart TV they don't give you one of those tiny Roku remotes, instead it's what your probably used to in a typical TV, which just feels right and all together better. Inputs are plentiful with standard A/V inputs and 4 HDMI ports. Don't look to me however for how good or not this is for it's smart features. I only use TV's for local broadcast TV, movies and video games. I guess it is nice to know that virtually all big TV's today are smart in case I suddenly want to use it. Meanwhile I'm kinda pleasantly surprised also about the out of the box settings for both picture and sound. No need to adjust either even slightly. IDK how it fairs with other 4K images, but to me and especially for the price I've absolutely no complaints, in fact it's an excellent picture. If I had anything negative to say it's that I've never cared for the totally edgeless frames on some TV's, such as this. But even that isn't so bad, it's just sort of a preference. Ultimately it's a great budget TV at a great price. I also considered TCL, but the majority of theirs don't have standard A/V inputs (technically they do but require some unique adapter, not the typical kind) and with both being at the budget end and well reviewed it pushed the favor for me to Hisense.
