Great television
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I only owned this television for about 6 months and purchased a warranty on it but went to move it and I tripped my knee barely hit the screen and it got damaged with a crack no picture showed it still has a sound though. I can say that they don't make televisions had they did back in the day nevertheless, I called to have the television fixed but I was told it don't cover accidental damages so yes I was heated because I paid a lot for a television I can't even use. I miss having my Roku and having adding extr apps.

Not bad for the price

Have had to do factory reset a few times. First was from instruction from hisense tech support. Also the time on the channel does not update correctly when not using the network to supply time and date.

Also, it freezes and requires you to unplug it daily. I figured the price was too good to be true. In this case you get what you pay for. Will definitely be returning it to get a different brand.

Can't keep up with simple functions

Tried working with Hisense customer support, turns out it is just a terrible product. Needs more processing power or something. Streaming cuts out frequently. Bluetooth audio cuts in and out. Color isn't great. Operating system would be awesome if it didn't lag so badly. Also, should be able to power the TV on with Chromecast using other devices (you can't with this TV, it only responds if the TV is powered on.) You get what you pay for, I guess.

It’s okay

Returned the one with roku and kept this one instead. I now regret returning the roku one. Not a fan of android tv and I don’t know if it is the tv or something else but I often have issues with the sound and have to shut off the tv and turn it back on to get the sound back.

It's too much bother to do the setup.

But after software update automatically TV set starting Reboot. After that that set does not remember my WiFi settings and my Google Account settings. That meant I had to do the tedious WiFi setup and Google Account setup again, It's too much bother to do. Also image quality of the Home screen which is Menu screen is poor quality. YouTube 4k playback looks fine, but the Home screen looks blurry, so is this TV really 4k? I thought. I think the image display setting of the Home screen itself is using a lower resolution?

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
