This TV was given to us as a replacement for a TV which was still under warranty that could not be repaired. I anticipated the color would be more vivid than it is. However, it is clearer on certain stations which may be a result of the output from the source. I do not think I have it properly adjusted. The remote is definitely an upgrade from the last TV's. However, it is not voice operated like the previous one or the H9 set. My major complaint is the motion response, which seems to lag when changing scenes. However, this may be my poor adjustment or improper output from the source to connect with the TV on its level.

I have the 65 inch version of this TV and have loved it. I purchased this unit for 369.00 to use in our entry way of the office. You cannot beat the picture quality for the price. And the smart features are great. We use the you tube app to run videos from our channel. We also use the anyview cast to mirror our laptop to the tv wirelessly.

the picture and sound is much better than I anticipated. Unfortunately on the 3 week mark the screen started getting dead pixels all along the bottom half of the Panel. I contacted Hisense through their website for the warranty since it's a know defect. I'ts been almost 3 months now of them emailing back and forth and my issue hasn't been resolved. I've provided them with pictures, proof of purchase, they sent a repair person who changed a part and it still didn't fix the issue. Best Buy's return policy is 2 weeks so I figured they wouldn't be helpful on that. Although I will admit I didn't contact them which I probably should have as soon as I saw the issue. So far this has been a complete nightmare. Picture and sound were great for the 2 weeks it worked.

My biggest quibble with this tv is if the wifi signal isn't very strong (3bars or less) it has a chance of dropping off the network. But over all a solid tv for the price. The menus are easy to navigate (my hisband says the input is a bit laggy, but I haven't noticed), the picture is fantastic.

I had this tv for almost two weeks. They have an excellent customer service line, but I had to make numerous calls. That’s not a good thing. Multiple system resets fixed the WiFi, which was constantly dropping and unable to find networks again. Once that was settled, it has a decent picture and EXCELLENT speakers for a TV. The thing that ruins this TV is the inability to turn off Motion Interpolation. This makes the “Soap Opera” effect in full force, and my eyes couldn’t settle with that. They said they didn’t have a firmware that would allow you to change this. Finally, while streaming 4K in HDR, black lines flashed across the screen. Only HDR. I’m not saying this is how they all are, but mine was unable to process the signal. Confirmed with multiple input sources, including USB drive. I returned it and got the Vizio E55-F1. Two weeks in, I’ve been very happy. It handles HDR as well as a TV in this Price Point should. Though this is just my experience, I’d say TCL and Vizio both offer better TV’s than this.

Picture quality is very good. Easy to assemble. Easy to hook up to accessories. Programming a little awkward. Does not access as many apps as I’d like. Price was lower than I expected.

Had a great price on the television, and the picture is great. My only complaint and the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is some of the smart features are not seamless. I can’t download Amazon prime as an app, and my Netflix app glitches at least once a week to the point that I have to reset the app and then input all of my info again. Other than that, I love it. I’m also really impressed that Best Buy had a 5 year warranty option.

The app selection is very sparse. I had to spend more money on a Roku so I can access more relevant apps. The only app of interest to me, Netflix, doesn't work properly on the TV. Every time you turn the TV off and on again, you get an error. You have to logout of Netflix and then log back into Netflix to use that app. When the screen is all black or dark and the room is dark, you can see white light shining from the edges. Seems like a flaw in manufacturing. I wish I would have bought one of the TVs in the same price range that has Roku built in.

First of all let talk about the price, it’s so inexpensive and with great quality it leave you truly scratching your head. Second, quality that your are getting is comparable to a $2000+ TV, and I do understand that it’s not a $2000+ TV and doesn’t have all the features like it. The features it has is more than you are paying for this quality of TV. I have 2 Hisence TV in my house a 50” and 55”and will be getting 65” in the coming months.

I got this as a replacement for a Vizio M55 2017 that I got on sale at Best Buy that had to be returned due to a reboot issue. I'm having a weird problem with 4k from my X1 dvr where standard and sports mode where dark scenes were unwatchable and Theatre and calibrated modes are a violent pink hue. Oddly the tv apps such as Netflix and the 4k World Cup app look amazing and are unaffected and 1080p looks wonderful. I bought certified hdmi cables to no avail and the X1 box works just fine with my Hisense 50H8C. It might be a borked firmware or an HDMI pot issue. I contacted Hisense support tonight and they are emailing me a new firmware even though the tv is currently up to date. I'll let you guys know how the issue is resolved one way or another. I hate the thought of having to repack and return a second tv back to Best Buy for the second time in a week. I may have to take my custom elsewhere.

The TV is nice the picture is clear and it has the major apps most people use. One drawback is that you can add apps to it. Returned it and i plan on getting a TV with Roku built in.

The picture & sound quality are great. The internet doesn't "stay" connected for long periods. The Alexa feature rarely works. Hopefully a software update will fix those issues.

When I first used this tv I spotted a light that would flash every 10-15 seconds. Not sure if it had something to do with the fact that I had the tv sitting on the floor/leaning against a wall for a couple of weeks, but after that, the flashes stopped. The picture quality is amazing and I love the "Vivid" picture setting the most. The fact that I can control my tv with Amazon's Alexa is also a plus. My roommates and I connected the TV to our Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling as well. Audio playback lags when you do this but it's hardly noticeable. I give this TV 8/10 stars.

I went with this TV because of the size and the price. It’s a good quality picture and more importantly it didn’t cost an arm/leg.

I purchased this Hisense - 55" Class - LED - H8E Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR for my teenage son to use with his Xbox. He says the color and sound are great and he really likes it. It looks very nice and sleek. The price was fantastic. The salesman had me checked out and loaded in less than 15 minutes! Love Best Buy! Their sales prices are great, which is when I buy! This TV is worth the money and is great quality.

Great tv for a great price. I came into Best Buy wanting a specific tv, & was convinced to get this one. Quite frankly, I’m happy & was able to save money in the process. It compliments everything that I was looking for (which was gaming purposes & sports). Very happy & I would definitely recommend this product to anyone

This is a great TV, clear picture, the sound is great. The only problem I have with this TV is that Hulu is not one of the options for an app. If Hulu was one of the available apps I would have gave this TV a 5-star review. Other than that it's an amazing TV very happy with my purchase.
