So far this TV is awesome. The picture is sharp and the PS5 looks amazing on it. I had to buy a game for the PS5 that runs at 120 hz and the TV performed perfectly.

Great TV overall. The image quality is great, and I enjoy switching the picture modes for best viewing. There can be judder which can distract from the viewing experience, but this seems to occur only occasionally. Glare from well-lit rooms can also diminish the experience, but I don’t mind that so much. I have no complaints with the audio, gaming capabilities, or viewing angles for my use of the TV. In all, it is a pretty powerful TV for a more modest price.

I upgraded from an H8G due to son accidentally breaking the screen. I’m no expert but can visually see picture looks nicer and tv is more responsive. However I do think it’s overpriced. I think it should be in 600 range but 2021 everything has gone up in price including comparable tv’s. If you can wait I would. I was satisfied with my H8G tv and would have given it a 6 out of 10. This newer tv is a 7 out of 10, but I also almost paid double for it so not thrilled about that

Doesn’t support Dolby Atmos via eArc to Sonos ARC

I really wanted to keep this TV but it simply didn’t do what I needed. I wanted a TV that would support Dolby Atmos with my Sonos ARC soundbar. Unfortunately this did not work. Dolby Atmos was available through the TV speakers. However, once I hooked up my Sonos via the eArc HDMI port the Dolby Atmos was grayed out and I could not switch it on. I tried EVERYTHING. I contacted Hisense support about 5 times. The were fantastic. They sent me new firmware to install. I tried it but didn’t solve the problem. Then they sent out a repair person to switch out the main board. Nope…same issue. I truly believe this is a design error and the TV won’t support Atmos through an external port. They wanted me to try an optical connection but I refused that option. The hole point of eARC is to have the soundbar and TV work as one. If I couldn’t use that then I wasn’t interested. I also think Chromecast is a mediocre operating system. After using a Roku I was disappointed in Chromecast. On the positive side this TV has a very good picture and is a great value for the price. The Dolby 5.1 sound was fantastic. But I bought this specifically to have Dolby Atmos sound so I am returning it. If you want to use Dolby Atmos via a soundbar I don’t recommend this. However, if you don’t care about Atmos this is a great value for the money.

    One Year + 3 weeks

For the first year and three weeks we had this TV everything was stellar. It was a significant upgrade from our previous TV, the picture was excellent, and the sound output to our sound bar was amazing. The Google assistant wasn't always functional, but I blame.google and not the TV for that. Then one day our TV just wouldn't turn on. No power surge happened, no damage to the TV. It just stopped working. Hisense is being extremely helpful in that they're making an exception and sending a technician out for repairs, but the TV still bricked after a year. If the TV cannot be repaired, Hisense also has a policy of "field destroy" where the technician destroys the TV and then Hisense refunds or replaces the TV, or you have to send it in yourself, which all feels wasteful and not ideal for the planet or customer. The TV was great while it worked, and the customer service was great, but I want a TV that lasts longer than a year, so I cannot recommend this at all.

This has been a great TV. Not a fan on the Android interface on it, but I seldom interact with it and I'm confident it is still a good implementation if you're using Android TV. The TV image is great, it seems to interface well with the devices I've plugged in (PS5, Switch, and Roku Premier) and I've been very happy with it. I generally don't use the TV's built in sound, so can't comment much on it. Front what I could tell, it's ok, but I would really recommend using a dedicated sound system if possible (sound bar or receiver).

This TV was a great buy. I love everything about it except motion. The motion is good most of the time but occasionally it will judder where everything is extremely choppy. Hisense provided an update and it did not fix the issue. I am cringing to not take it back for a U6G and save some money. A TV at this price point and fidelity should not have any issues that negate the movie viewing experience.

Let me first start by saying this is a great and amazing budget tv for anyone who just got a series x or 5. Colors are amazing visual are amazing and sound is really well developed, to give you an idea I have it in a very small room and the volume is at a minimum of 15. Unpacking is a bit of a hassle tv is covered in rows and rows of tape so be carful. To save you some time set it up with google because once I did that the tv open fully and finally my Xbox picked up the tv.

Incredible TV! It's better in every way to its Samsung counter parts. You can also check rtings.com for detail reviews. For me the most impressive aspect is the contrast. The black is deep black while the bright part is super bright in the same frame. And the sound quality is good too so I don't need to buy a sound bar.
