    This tv is a piece of garbage, save your money. I purchased one and when I got it home I found the screen was cracked/broken. Called Best Buy and was told to return it. When I brought it back the manger refused to accept it. Called Hisense and they refuse as well stating a cracked screen isn't covered under warranty. I buy a messed up tv and all parties involved refuse to help and are blaming each other and saying it's my fault for not checking it. I checked as soon as I got home. Do not buy this tv and to be honest don't buy anything from Best Buy. I have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years and the one time I have a problem they won't do a darn thing to help. So if you want to possibly waste 600 bucks buy this tv. If you want to save money buy. TCL or Roku Tv. Hisense really has a scam, sell defective TV's and you can't do a thing. It's criminal and Best Buy allows it.

    Bought this initially to save money. The old saying you get what you pay for rang true here. A horrible while bleed around the edges. I returned this for a Samsung.

    The tv keeps freezing. Also When I’m watching a tv show… it exits the app and goes to home for no clear reason.

    Horable picture it had shadows all over the screen a burn in resolution and 4k caused the tv to go in and out so it had to run on 720p because anything else was to hard on the picture

    Got the 75" WCG version 2 weeks ago. So far, excellent TV with zero issues. Google interface is nice to have, and connects easy with your gmail. HDR looks amazing. Was going to spring for the mini led Hisense, but Im glad I did not spend the extra. This unit also performs well for gaming. Sound quality is fair, avarage for todays big tvs. Best to use a soundbar.

    This tv is amazing. It looks way better than my 2022 tcl Roku. Almost 3d looking and so smooth. You ever walk in to someone’s house and be like that’s a nice smooth tv. That’s exactly what this tv is

    I have been working with LG for weeks now to get this TV to work, but its a lost cause. Unfortunately, i threw the box away after i thought it was functional, so now im stuck with it. Steer clear of this one.
