    This television had very spotty performance from the beginning. The built in Android TV was very laggy and did not work with Alexa as advertised to turn on/off the TV or any other "smart TV" functionality with Alexa. I had to reset the TV to factory default settings twice due to issues with freezing, picture quality or general crashing of the software. Finally the TV stopped working last week with a red flashing light every 3 seconds. The TV will not turn on or display a picture. Hisense customer support has not been helpful in resolving the issue and told me there is nothing that can be done. I've owned 10+ TV's in my lifetime and have never had such a poor experience. I would not recommend this TV or Hisense as a company.

    I fell for the "deal"

    Please save yourself the money and stress and choose another tv! Other people may review this tv after a few weeks saying its great. I would have been one of those as I have purchased a Hisense tv before with no issues. But at 8 months in it started shutting off on it's own randomly while we were watching it. Then at times half of the screen would go green and then shut off. The third thing that occurred before we call the company was it would make a very high pitched squealing sound and the only way to make it stop was to shut it off. NOW even if you wanna take the chance and hope when you buy this none of that happens let me tell you even if it has some other issue Hisense is a terrible company to call for customer support and service. I was not treated well by their staff the countless times I called. Even my husband would listen while I had them on speaker phone and would be speechless at how they talked to me. And after all was said and done even (though I called 4 months before my warranty was up) they decided they weren't going to cover it due to a loop hole they said they found in their policy. So I am still making payments on this tv that doesnt even work now. So yes, go ahead and admire the price for such a big TV but do yourself a favor and click on to the next one that is not a Hisense!!

    The sale from Best Buy was seamless, however the unit is defective and Best Buy will not service it. The manufacturer is very difficult to communicate with and is not responsive.

    Terrible Hisense 75” TV from Best Buy

    Hisense 75” TV hasn’t been working well for the last year - terrible purchase. Keeps freezing and rebooting. Bought in 2018 - 3 years old.

    I bought this flat screen on sale, I have a 55" HISENSE 4K ULTRA that I love but this was delivered by the geek squad twice with broken screens.

    The tv is break again, couple months before just fix one time ,now break again

    We were told it was a good brand. It bought out Sharp. It had to be replaced the 2nd week we had it. But they replaced with no problems without cost

    Like a tv from the 1970s. Bad picture with terrible sound and does not support Prime video. This one had kind of its own and kept turning back on

However, you can always switch picture/ audio modes or toggle with the Advanced Picture/ Audio Settings to your likings. Amazon Prime Video is available on Google Play Store.     Horrible tv with even worse service

    Tv looked great for the first few months and I was very happy. 3rd month in the whites and blacks started a bad flicker but was manageable. Tv then started to take over a minute to turn on. Now I’m at a year in with the tv and the bottom quarter of the screen randomly flickers the top half. Called in to support and they are absolutely horrible. Emailed them all the information they asked for and they said they would call me back in 1 day. Heard nothing so called back after 4 days and they said they would contact me back tomorrow again. It’s been over two weeks since I’ve been busy with Xmas and still have heard nothing back. Tv is garbage, support is garbage. Stay away from Hisense at all costs!!

    I bought this TV back in September and it had a lipsync issue right out if the box. Unfortunately I waited until after the Best buy return window to address it. Hisense sent out a tech, but he couldn't repair the TV. I've called Hisense multiple time and everytime they said they would look into it and call me back. I have never received a call back. Once I got ahold of manager he said it is a software issue but cannot give me a timeframe for when it will get fixed. I'm stuck with a TV that cost over $1000 and is unwatchable. And I have no idea when/if it will get fixed. I would not buy this TV again, but if you do make sure to return it at the first sign of an issue.
