Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Already wrote one review now a second update delivery was almost 2 months they lost the tv then magically found it was delivered the geek squad the delivery team was decent the tv has no sound was sent back to the store before it was delivered was told all was good i can almost promise you that they just checked the screen was cracked upon delivery thats it im sure ill find out because there on camera in there store as this was already paid for and no problems were fixed be looking into legal advise with attorney here soon

Awful sound and mediocre picture

The sound quality is atrocious. I tried to get over that but i couldnt- so i decided to buy a sound bar. Well when you use the eArc HDMI port on this TV, once every 60 seconds it switched HDMI ports automatically on you. The best part is, if youre lucky and it doesnt switch, it will just go black or have artifacts on the screen. You get what you pay for on TV's.. i recomend saving up your money for something nicer or spending the same amount on a higher quality but smaller TV.

Never again a Hisense - black screen in 1 day

Hisense is bad quality and there custmer service even worse. So glad I can return it still. Never again with Hisense, and it was their top of the line new TV.

Latest firmware (03/23) broke CEC (75U7H)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.(75U7H) Latest firmware as of 03/29/2023 has broken CEC, Hisense support does respond to customer requests. If you plan on using CEC, It is broken due to the latest firmware pushed. Now is it get's stuck on the AVR's menu (the audio receivers management menu) and wont properly set to what input device I started (Xbox, Shield, etc...) In order to "clear" the issue the TV need to be restarted each time... Its very disappointing when a manufacturer breaks a working product with bad firmware, keep this in mind if you consider this brand.
