For the price, $70 plus, the case is flimsy. It does keep the phone protected from water, if that is the main reason you buy the case. But a hefty ziplock bag could do the job just as well. The clear plastic on the front and back is flimsy and brittle. Speaking on the phone was not clear for the person on the other end. The rubber casing on the edges covers the microphone.

The overall quality of this case is great, built very well. The built-in screen protection is good, no complaints with it's usability at all. The case doesn't add too much bulk to the iPhone unlike some others. Sounds and call quality is not bad at all, and the case is good looking overall. The only complaint I have with this case is the lightning port cover, the little rubber piece is incredibly difficult for me to grab with a nail to get it open. Now granted, I have very short nails (joke's on me for having excellent hygiene habits I suppose, HA), but it is not an easy open nonetheless. I suppose the difficulty opening the rubber port cover could be seen as an advantage for keeping unwanted things where they're not wanted, but I couldn't even. If not for that one thing it would be 5 stars. Still recommended if you have both nails and patience, of which I have neither. HAHA! Nice case overall though.

Bad case for photo happy people. Build quality is good, screen protector is very responsive. Works great with wireless charging and magnet phone caddy. Because the case is water resistant... you have to shout into the mic to talk when using the phone without BT headphones. Great case for texting. Easy to clean and use in the rain.

If you are looking for a case that your phone won’t get dirty. This is the one but to text on is terrible with the plastic cover on front makes it really hard to text and every time I got a on the phone to talk nobody could ever hear me. I could also barley hear the person talk as well. It was a pain to deal with so I switched cases. I would not recommend this case. There are far much better ones then this and price is terrible for this case as well.

Not a person could hear me. Even if I was yelling. Only could hear if I was on speaker w the port open where you would plug it in to charge, still only on speaker. Worked fine over Bluetooth in my car. So a huge issue conducting business and personal calls. Other than that it fit great, wasn’t bulky, and had great ease of use on the touch screen. Totally protected sealed front and back from water. Nothing was going to get in...including my voice.

Protected my phone very well. The one drawback was when I was calling people on the phone sometimes the person on the other end could not hear me. If you’re a big texter and not using the mic it’s fine.

The cases is relatively rugged. I like the dust / water resistant features. My issues with the product are: *scratches to easily *people have difficulty hearing me especially on speaker *vibrate/ringer toggle can be cumbersome to operate *way overpriced, especially with the scratching issue I prefer the otter box commuter that I had on my last phone with a separate screen protector. I will be switching back...my loss.

Easy to use no problems texting. Need wireless charger so you can keep the phone safe. Got it for a discount for 40 bucks totally worth it.

This case is horrible. I understand it’s supposed to be a waterproof case but when talking on the phone people have commented on how much noise they hear, it’s the plastic from the case. Adjust your grip on the phone slightly or your cheek touches the phone while you talk and the person you are talking to hears nothing but crackling. Don’t know if it’s really waterproof because I didn’t keep it long enough to find out. Worse case ever! Also, store Manager was rude during the return!

Got this as a gift for my husband thinking it would be similar to a life proof. Anytime he receives a phone call the other person cannot hear him and there is a loud echo. He got a life proof and the problems stopped immedianty

This case has superior protection and is very water proof. The only down side is you have to scream into the microphone or use Bluetooth to have anyone on the other end hear you.

I’ve only had it a few days, but so far so good. Screen sensitivity is Better than other covers I’ve owned before. Wish the vibrate button was easier to use.

This is a great case, of course upsold by retailer, but the one issue I had was the speakers at bottom of my phone were covered by the case. Didn't realize it at first, but people I spoke with while on the phone would mention my voice was muffled, or they couldn't hear me clearly. Didn't want to bring it back due to distance and time, but instead just cut the area away and have had no issues anymore. Looking back, I should have just purchased an Otterbox or Lifeproof case instead of listening to the retailer.

It’s ok but when u talk on your phone with the case the caller who call you has trouble hearing you talk.

It has protected the phone during a few drops. The outside gloss on the cover started flaking off after 4 months.

We bought this case so that my phone would be a little more protected when I use it underwater. The screen Cover scratched easy when it rubbed up against my snorkel mask in my beach bag. I would recommend getting the lens attachments to protect the camera area a little better before taking it underwater. As far as using it underwater my phone was very sensitive the water pressure was not allowing me to take photos very well and the video kept stopping when I would take it in and out of the water.

It is difficult for others to hear me when calling them.

This case may be durable but if you use the phone for it's normal function which is to make phone calls; you're going to be disappointed. It muffles your voice to the point that people can't hear you talking on their end.

The best case I could find and with my wireless charger I never take it off for anything. Great buy sleek and protective

Overall the case seems to be good quality. However do not expect your voice to be heard through the phone mic during phone calls.
