Its really a good concept from google. But the music quality is not that great.

I have both the Amazon Echo and the Google Home. I will say both are good, but I find the Amazon product to be better at acknowledging commands. The Google Home product I need to say the wake word more than once to get it to respond. Google Home also has better casual responses. The Echo is more short one word responses.

She answers all our needs most of the time. Saves me time when I want to hear my music. She helps a lot with homework lol And my husband doesn't have to call me every 5 minutes when he needs something Google Home can answer lol I'm still learning what else she can do. Hoping to turn the whole house in to a smart house.

I love my Google home. it gives a lot of information but there are a few things. Seems to not understand a lot of what I ask. maybe I need to learn how to ask questions better. Also sometimes when I ask to play a specific song it doesn't play it ...just something similar. My granddaughter loves it and asks lots of questions.

I got this and quickly began automating my house. I really enjoy it. The only issue is that sometimes I have to go through the set up process again as it seems to forget that it was set up already. It has stopped doing that as of late, but I am not sure what the cause was. Thats the only reason I gave 4 stars.

This is a nice system to help you control your automated home items. I purchased it to control my Wemo smart plugs and they work great! Plus there’s nothing cooler than using this as a voice alarm! I no longer need an alarm clock. I can set an alarm, ask the time, ask the weather.... you name it!

We bought Alexa first and she only could do things by command. We read the reviews about Google Home and it does what Alexa but definitely can do a lot more. She does answer questions and also does commands such as changing temp with Nest. Otherwise, its a good alarm clock, temperature changer and a lot more

Google home can be a real trial to set up. There's not much good "how to" information on the set up process. Had to call Google and spend a lot of time with a tech to get the job done. Google was great and we got the job done. FYI the Google home can be set up using and I Pad product with the correct software.

I have both Google Home and Amazon Echo, and Google Home is hands down the better product. It is backed by the fantastic Google search engine. The best part is that you can actually have a conversation instead of one-off questions and answers. And it integrates seamlessly with You Tube and Google Play music.

The most used I've got for this since I purchased it was a nightstand speaker. Weather, News and Jokes (kind of dry). Since I got a smart switch its opening up doors to automation that can only get better. It's is constantly being upgraded. I'll have one of these in my house for the foreseeable future.

When deciding between the Google Home and Alexa I wasn't really sure which one to go with, but ended choosing the Google home after reading several reviews. I'm sure they both have their advantages, but it was a great choice for me, it does everything I need it do and they keep adding new things all the time.

The google home has good sound. We are enjoying it.

It's quite fun and equally practical. Don't know how it compares to the competition but I expect with upgrades it could become part of our everyday life. I wish it would respond to other greetings besides "Hey Google." For us, it needs two set ups. Right now it only fully functions to the person who did the initial set up.
