I love the Google home. I bought it for my living room because I spend most of my time there. I found that sometimes when I'm playing music it will just stop playing. I'm trying to resolve the issue.

It was going to be either Echo or google home, glad i went google home. Has so many more smart product's that is user friendly and available on the market. Cant wait to make my home a smart home with google home by my side!!!

I first bought the mini which did a great job but I had heard that the audio was better on the google home. Yes it is much better so if you want to listen to tunes on your google device this will work just fine.

This item is great I ha e had zero problems with it and does everything and more than what I expected. I sold out to Google years ago and been waiting for this for many years. Now my home is so much more smarter

The deal breaker for me is that it can't act as a Bluetooth speaker. What!?! Echo can. Game over. Apple Music? Nope. I don't need or want Spotify or YouTube Red. I'm out. It's Alexa for me.

There is a lot of potential in the Google Home. The voice detection works fairly well, but it does ping randomly with no one activating it. The product support list is getting longer as time goes by and hopefully it will have as many as the Echo.

Great home/personal assistant product that can do more than just tell you the weather. I really like that you can cast YouTube videos or other apps, with a Chromecast, on to your TV with just your voice. Great product with versatility.

I bought this for my 10-year-old daughter… she absolutely loves it. She likes the fact that it answers very specific questions and give her answers. She loves to learn and she uses it on a regular basis. Definitely worth it.

We use it more as a speaker than anything else. 9/10 when we ask a question it says "I dont know how to help you with that right now." So literally we only use it to play pandora.

I have the first generation Google Home. In using it, so much of the time I get; "I can't do that", "I don't know that", etc. said in several different ways. The sound is disappointing, kind of "flat", however, I do have critical "music ears". There's not enough "Richness" to the tone for me. Given its size, that may be a factor. I get frustrated with the songs in any given category thus far, (all but once), and soon I'll need to pay for the use of that. Bad news for me. So I'll use it for questions and hope for an answer, and buy a Bose for my music. I hope at some point all the incredible things I see and hear in their videos comes to pass. Then it may be more useful.

The Google Home is great in concept but lacking in real world usability. I often have to repeat myself and some of the commands are very cumbersome. That being said, as a control for my Hue light bulbs and playing the occasional music, it is good.

Love using this device. And superior to Alexa in that you can have ongoing Q&A with Google Home and ask follow up questions. Also love the feature of streaming to Chromecast. It also controls some of my Sony Android tv functions.

Got this for a good price. It is replacing the larger Insignia Google Assistant speaker (now discontinued). Doesn't sound quite as good as the Insignia, but a bit less "glitchy"

The home is great and we use it a lot. Getting a free 6 months of Google play music is awesome so you can listen to whatever you want. She also does a great job answering questions. Works better than my echo for all but reading books.

This was not what I expected and the features were not compatible with my home smart TV to set up like I wanted. Also additional features I wanted was not available such as ability to talk and text to other people. I ended up returning it.

This product is a work in progress with understanding it's abilities. You should have Pandora in order to play music. Kids are finding out that Google Home will play games. Unless I'm missing something, I wish there was a users beginning guide.

We have two in our house. It is very useful. We constantly settle arguments by asking Google. We update our shopping list while we're cooking without pulling out a phone. The speakers are great and synchronize throughout the house.

it is not too bad!!! I like using it for music and asking question!! help the kids find meanings to words. kids love asking google questions!! it not a bad item to have. I would buy it again.

Works well out of the box but feels like a novelty. In contrast I also own an echo and I feel like it integrates with more things. I know this is changing on a weekly basis, I just wish Google had it's act together on this when it was released.

Still learning how to use our google assistant. It is a lot of fun and use it all the time. Only thing is I bought it before Christmas as a present and it was $40 cheaper the day after. Still worth it though.
