Google Home Assistant has a limited amount of devices it can directly connect to and control. Amazon Echo/Tap/Dot Alexa has many many more devices. I would expect more from Google. Good voice response, understand most words and phases.

It works good but needs more instruction for apps that work with it. My grandchildren ran it through its paces. Which let me know where certain aspects needed for getting it to learn .which paid and free programs work the best.

I bought this product after numerous online reviews. It did not disappoint me. I hope google will integrate more useful things to google home. One more thing, it is always a superb experience with Bestbuy. You guys rock.

Google Home is a learning experience! Not just for Google Home but the user also. Love getting the morning weather & news while fixing coffee, taking medicines, etc. Provides interesting facts. Would I make the same purchase again? YES.

This product works very well for the household, especially after Google allowed multiple users to interact with it. We use the music, grocery list, etc., and send media to the Chromecast without issue.

The software in Home can not do things Google calendar,netflix integration and make calls. But I think it's gonna get there soon. Got it for 78 on BB so good deal! 129 is overpriced.

Google Home has been performing well. Love her sense of humor. She's better at getting information than Amazon Alexa, but Alexa is better at finding songs to play. It's a toss up between the two. They complement each other .

If you are looking for a Google Home or Alexa, this won't disappoint. I compared both and a friend has Alexa. Google home is the way to go and they just opened the system to developers so it will only get better. No complaints.

Great smart assistant with a promising future. It's a value for the price considering the 6 month free Youtube Red and 3 month free google play music. I expect this to mature faster compared to Echo considering the google's AI.

Already owned Google Chromecast so decided to to stay with a google product for voice activation. Love it! Still having fun linking with other products, playing music, streaming video, jokes, games, weather, etc...

The Google Home has a great start, but it is still missing a few things. 1. iHeart Radio 2. in-app Timer/Alarm management 3. Extended IFTTT integration* IFTTT does have some "applets" for the Google Home but they are pretty sparing.

I got this for my dad after he was jealous of my smaller version of google home. He unwrapped it and the easy set up made him happy and he was playing music on it less than 20 minutes later and still uses it frequently!

We got the Google Home instead of the Amazon Echo because Google apps seem to recognize our voices better. It functions well although the setup using the app on the phone is little difficult and not very intuitive.

I also have an echo. I don't think you should compare these two. Especially because these are designed for two different purposes. No complaints. I believe they are going to evolve and going to come up with even better products/versions

You'll appreciate the integration with you Google profile icnluding your calendar. Great companion when you wake up in the morning and getting back from work. Provides info on weather, traffic and my appointments for the day.

I just love my Google Home I love waking up in the morning and asking how my day is planned and they give me the perfect answer or how the weather is it’s just a great piece of machinery

Right now Amazon Echo is better at home automation control but Google will eventually catch up and probably surpass Alexa. And Google Home can control Chromecast, so that's a big plus.

Enjoyed the one I bought for myself, bought 2 more as gifts . It was a toss up between this and Amazon Echo- didn't want to be tied to Amazon, so Google x3 it was. Hoping for expansion of capabilities in the very near future.

Great idea to have google home. Everyone must buy just because Of the technology the way is developing, most of the electronics will linked with google Home. Particularly google Home is more intelligent than Alexa
