Google home does the basics like answering questions you normally have to type into your phone, but by adding smart bulbs, thermostat and a host of other smart products is when I really began to recognize it's value.

I purchased this, on the suggestion of a friend. I have only had it for a little over a month, and I LOVE IT. I am still figuring it out, but I would definitely recommend this product.

My 12 year old loves everything about it and as it's been said with how it has performed in the users words " Easily surpassed every task that was anticipated with use of the device since purchase"

Way better than the Amazon echo, just needs a little more software polishing. Has plenty of capabilities, but it takes some getting used to. Can hear you from a mile away even with lots of ambient noise.

Got it for the wife with some periferrals, swiches. Set up in 10 minutes and its uses are never ending. We now have it hooked up to lights fans, tvs the garage doors .......

I don't know how I lived without this unit. I use it everyday ranging in asking Google random questions, fact finding, store hours and locations and of course for listening to music. It's perfect.

the search feature is much better than the amazon version(Eco). I also think that there is a wider variety of music that you can specifically play with you tube vs amazon prime(eco) . an excellent addition to our home

Google is really great and loves how she can tell you what's on your calendar or can even tell jokes. Music is from google music or pandora. Only issue sometimes is she won't follow commands of the music is too loud.

In additional to the Google Mini, this product provides a convenience. As an individual who lives along, this voice document provides re-assurance to me in the event that I fall and can not reach my phone.

I have a Pixel phone that I use Google search for everything on it already, so I thought that a Google Home would be pointless, but now it's truly great. I use it every day. I've already bought another one.

It can give you an answer for mostly anything you ask it. I primarily use it to play my music from Spotify. It also has features like alarms, games etc. I have it hooked up to my Philips Hue Lights as well.

I own 2 other Google homes. They offer some cool features. One of them is to link all of them as a group so that they all play the same thing very similar to a wireless Sonos system. It does plenty more.

It is a fun product to have. I use it to find news, tell me the weather forecast. play music and ask random questions instead of having to type things out on my phone.

Love the Google home. I feel it works better than Alexa with the way you can phrase it. I so far have usage automated the bedroom lights and a power strip. So much more to do.

Originally went to Best Buy to purchase an Amazon Alexa unit but they were sold out, and had one left for the Google home. Glad we made the purchase my family loves it

Have to say...Google has made a great product that listens to your commands and also give great and useful information. Not having to type a question into a computer has worked wonders. Highly Recommended!

I always find myself getting on-board with new technology. This device has some cool features and some day I think it'll be great. Right now it still needs a lot more commands and customization with voice "hot keys"

Trek tech is all but here already. I can tell the speaker to perform a number of tasks it questions. It has just a bit of a way to go but hey it is learning.

Not sure I'm going to keep this item as I'm not sure I would really use it. My husband got it for me for Christmas and I feel like I could just google whatever I need to know on my laptop at home. So still debating.

I purchased the Google Home for my parents as a Christmas. They are both over 80 years old. After setting it up for them and watching how useful and fun they found the product, I purchased one for myself!
