The agent did an excellent job but, when I had another problem with equipment bought online from Best Buy, delivered by Best Buy, and installed by Geek Squad, Best Buy refused to honor my 2 year "Total Tech" warranty. I've since been told by an ex-Geek Squad Home Expert that they have fired all of their in-home techs. Now Best Buy says I will have to unmount my flat screen, and load up it and the other equipment and bring it into the store. I am 72 years old, partially disabled and previously was extremely pleased with this in-home service. Apparently, that no longer exists. I've purchased thousands of dollars of electronics, appliances and other items but now I cancelled my Total Tech membership and will not spend another dime with Best Buy.

I had made an appointment to setup three tvs and when Mary from geek squad arrived she told me that it was for one tv I received an email that they would arrive between 10am1;30they were at restaurant waiting till 3pm and only setup one asked questions she wasn’t answering much she seemed in a hurry not pleased with the results.in the past they were great this time not at all the lady was in to much of hurry,

The back lights keep falling off and the controls don’t work since it was installed. They fell off for the 6th time and the screen is black with only sound. That evening I came home and the lights are on partially on (I can’t shut them off) and the screen is black with volume only! (See pic) I called Geek Squad and a supervisor named Cole said he would get back to me that afternoon. Nothing! I texted Matt the tech who last came. He said I needed to make an appt and he could contact them for me. Nothing! I called THE 7th TIME!?!!? I got a responsible customer service rep. He wants me to email the whole sequence of this. I still need to do this and I have already spend hours trying to get this resolved! The lights must be defective? I am exhausted from the hours of trying to get a resolution! I have NEVER had an experience like this!!! The lights are still on and unable to turn them off! After spending thousands for a TV and Sonos sound system, what a disappointment!

We took our sound bar and in “brand new” condition according to your geek squad member and came back with a dent. We are not happy about this at all. We are also starting to hear the same issue we were having before. We will keep an eye on it this weekend.

No, they were nothing more nor nothing less than vandals. It remains to be seen what Best Buy does about this situation, ongoing since December 24, 2022. Tremendously disappointed. If Best Buy's Geek Squad should happen to come through after repeated, reapeted, appointments, I'd be happy, gleeful even, to update this report. Sadly, I'm not holding my breath. Disappointment after disapointment after disapointment leaving our TV dangling precariously off the wall, with the technicians promising to return within an hour, then then 3, then 5, never to be seen nor heard from again. They didn't reconnect the TV, they didn't explain why, they just scamperedout, never to be seen again.
Stocking horrible service after 5 amitidly failed attempts by Geek Squad Guys.

Had an appointment scheduled for Feb 1 2023 was given an 8 hr window from 12-8pm. Made sure I was home from work and Best Buy Geek Squad failed to show up. Contacted Agent Senepathi via Best Buy chat. Explained the situation, gave her my order delivery #. She had horrible response time. Requested a call, she never called. Requested new appointment that was previously covered under my total tech membership and was told it would be $119 for a new appointment that Best Bey failed to show up for.

No one showed up. I STILL have a soundbar that fell out of my wall after geek squad installation. My wall has been damaged for WEEKS. The tech manager I spoke with from the ST. Cloud Location has had his phone off for days. Still waiting for a response and an update..

When I made my purchase, I asked for home theater specially because the problem was with my home theater they sent me somebody from geek squad who had no idea what to do to solve my problem

They didn't even come out to check to see if they could fix my television but had the audacity to put it as service completed. I only received a phone call which wasn't helpful at all
