    They didn't even come out to check to see if they could fix my television but had the audacity to put it as service completed. I only received a phone call which wasn't helpful at all

    What a great experience I had with the Geek Squad! They did all the right things to get my system up and running. They cheeked all circuits, fixed a few minor connections. Cleaned up the area and asked if I had any other questions. The Geek Squad Team got an A+ for the work they did! When you have a problem or need help setting-up a new audio system, call the Geek Squad, they are true Professionals!

    Qualified. And friendly. they were early, very knowledgeable and clean picked up everything all the debris from the unboxing of the of the new TV. I’m really glad that I have them come out and set up the TV. I could’ve never done it by myself so I would recommend them highly especially if you’re buying a new big screen TV there’s just two mini outlets wires you had to really know what you’re doing to install one of these new TVs today I used to do it, but I used to do on my own but today I wouldn’t even think about it.

    Had a volume malfunction on my LG Flat screen and my sound bar out of sink, GS service provider analyzed problem quickly and instructed me through my issue until solved. What more positive could I say! BRAVO!

    I recently had the pleasure of working with geek squad to resolve an electronics issue, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service from the moment I contacted them, their customer support team was friendly and knowledgeable, making the process easy and stress-free. The technician Alex, who came to my home was punctual, professional, and quickly diagnose the problem. Not only did they fix the issue efficiently, but they also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to avoid similar problems in the future.     Great job on replacing the motherboard

    Great service came ahead of time which is always a plus in my book… replaced the mother on the tv then recalibrated it to give me the best picture and went through all the setting and then double check the sound bar and did an outstanding job. Best Buy you have blown my expectations above and beyond I’m happy

    The tech (Ariel) easily solved a vexing problem with my tv and Blu-ray player. He then patiently explained to me how to get from one to the other until I understood. He also helped me with my Sonos sound bar The guy is amazing and a great addition to the Geek Squad team.

    Andrew troubleshot my issue that I had since Geek Squad installed my 65 inch Sony OLED wall mount until he solved the problems. I was very impressed with his tenacity.

    Found the problem and fixed it quickly. They recommended leaving the computer with them so they could update, clean, and fix any problems. When I got my computer back, it ran like a new computer. Great job.

    The agents trouble shot all three of my ring doorbells and sync module and although it took them some time, they got all three of them back online, using my phone's apps. They were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

    James was incredible. He hooked up a complete home theater system in 2022 and it is still working flawlessly. He checked out our new soundbar this spring and verified I had set it up correctly and shared thoughts on what might be a better one for movies. I truly trust James with all our audio and video setups! Leon

    Loved the service the teamwork. They assemble my partner bike in seconds. I liked hat they were talking but still doing their job. And having some giggles at work that good service I like to see those that like their job and have a good day at work. Great job you guys and thank you so much for your guys service.

    Geek Squad Tech was knowledgable, quick, and friendly. After we had a remodel in our home, the TV system was not working properly and no one was able to figure out the issue, until Geek Squad saved the day. The Tech immediately identifed the problem, made the adjustment and reviewed all our connections to ensure everything was working properly.

    When the two guys came out, they figured out how to have my Apple TV remote control my entire media center, instead of simply replacing another remote I had. Replacing the other remote would’ve cost me hundreds of dollars but they took their time looking at my media center and realized I didn’t need that so they saved me hundreds of dollars and they watch me through how to use the remote and make sure I knew how to control the media center before they left

    The geek squad representative called in advance to get details. He showed up prepared with all the necessary equipment and was able to perform the usb firmware update in record time. My Yamaha unit came back to life and works perfectly including all its previous programming. He was fantastic!

    Troubleshooting our entertainment system

    We recently ditched Xfinity and went with You tube TV. After Paradyme came over to assist us with setting that up their technician told us that our amplifier likely had a blown fuse and so our patio speakers would not work any longer. A friend suggested, rather than spending $4k on a new amplifier, we should try the Geek Squad, so we did. Jack came out & assessed the problem and suggested a Sonos could fix the problem. He was correct! It cost $700 and he hooked it all up for us, set it up on our phones and the patio speakers are up and running again! I am beyond pleased with their service and punctuality. Jack texted me directly each time to let me know exactly when he would arrive. I highly recommend this service for anyone with a technical problem.

    If At First You Don't Succeed...

    I would say overall I had a good experience with Geek Squad, but it was a long road to get things fixed. I have an LG OLED 65" that's only a few months old, it wasn't working in my new house. Geek Squad to the rescue... not so fast. A tech came out to my house and couldn't figure what was wrong, why it wouldn't connect to the apps. I was told to go in-store to make an appointment for repair... once in-store I was told my TV was too small for in-home repair and needed to be sent off. After bringing the 65" TV by myself, I was told I got completely wrong information and that it should have been an in-home repair (the OLED is too fragile to ship). I finally get 2 repair techs to my house and they figure out the problem. Everything seems to be working great now. It was a long road, but we got there.
