This is a product after my heart, it sucks dirt like a suction pump sucking dirt. I definitely recommend the product

I must be hard on vacuums, because I go through one every couple years. Hope this one lasts longer. Eureka, Dirt Devil, I've had 'em all. So far, so good on this Hoover. Great suction on different surfaces. Best feature is the retractable cord. No more winding the cord after every use. Emptying is a snap. Doesn't hold a huge amount, but not a big deal. Overall, I am very happy with it.

If had this vacuum for a couple of months and like anything new it had great suction. Now I have to go over certain areas two to three times before it picks up anything. I wanted something more powerful than a stick vacuum to do the stairs. It does a great job on the stairs but it's heavy to lug up and down the stairs. This is not a workhorse vacuum. It's great for occasional use.

I was amazed at how powerful this vacuum cleaner's suction is, we didn't know how badly we needed a new one until after we vacuumed with this one. It is easy to empty, easy to retract the cord and stores with little space. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a good vacuum for a reasonable price.

So far so good with this vacuum. Cleans my carpets very well! Picks up so much stuff I didn't see on the surface!

Good unit. Not outstanding, but better than most. I like it, the wife loves it.

I wanted to replace my 2year old bissel which lost its suction and bought this from bestbuy with the geek squad protection. I use it for cleaning my carpets and it does a really better job than my old bissel. It has setting for non carpet surface but i think i will stick to my swiffer for that. If carpet is what u want to clean then i recommend this.

I went with Hoover because they've been around forever and have a good reputation. It was on sale at Best Buy and was $60 less than the same model at Target. I've used it 3 times now and it works perfectly. I especially love the bagless and cord wind features.

This is a great vacuum, but I actually read the manual and it does warn not to leave in one spot too long, because brushes still turn when using upright tools. I made a very small burn on a step, so follow the instructions! Otherwise, great vacuum for the price! Powerful and bagless is awesome!

Nothing fancy but it works great. Suctions well and is easy to clean out.

This vacuum is great for a family with children and pets. It picks up dirt, animal hair, and crumbs like no other. The cord is amazing and I love just pushing the button to wind it up. The hose part you just pull off and use no fussing with it to hook it up. I absolutely love using this vacuum.

Had a very expensive Kirby that was hard to push, so this vacuum was such an improvement...and it costs less than 10% of the cost of the Kirby!

Been a regular user of Hoover Vacuum cleaners for 3 years now , they never failed me . Either carpet or Hard floor , they are the best .

I love this vac. This vac works better than the one I had before it and better than the one that my former spouse and I paid 1,500 for years ago. I think the suction is awesome for my carpet and also for hardwoods. I had one very similar to it that stopped working and this works even better than that model did. Best new thing this model has it that it works awesome on hardwoods right up to the wall! Love it. Loved the price. Later found a Bissell at Walmart for half the price but was so pleased with this ones suction, hardwood performance and the wall feature. Also, a friend who knew I needed a new vacuum bought me one for Christmas not knowing I just got one, but I liked this one too much so we got a refund on theirs. The only downside for me is the cord is shorter than my last one and I would like to be able to do the house without unplugging.

Needed a vacuum with adjustable height for my plush carpet - the Dysons etc.. that auto adjust don't handle it. This guy is light weight so it's easy to carry and push around. Automatic cable retract is nice to have, but the short cable length is a downside.

My last vaccum before this one was almost 10 years ago so this is definitely some improvement. It is light weight, bagless, and does a good job. I wish there was a wider tool for stairs but other than that it does a great job for the price.

This vacuum does a great job on both our carpet & tile floors. Easy to use, & I love the auto cord re-wind! Only negatives are it is heavier than our previous vacuums & just a little tough to manipulate. Also the hose to use the accessories is shorter than most & therefore doesn't allow me to reach back corners & higher areas without a back-up plan!

Powerful suction and easy to use. Definitely worth the price/value.

This thing really sucks... which it is supposed to do, it's a vacuum! Honestly though, great vacuum for the price, highly recommend.
