Unfortunately the vaccum is louder than my old vaccum and in such a short time the motor heated up and the vaccum stopped working until it cooled and the problem persisted. Sadly you pay so much and the product doesnt last upto a year.

A Great Workout

The bagless system works amazing and is extremely easy to clean.. but it sure is a burger bear to run over the carpet.. I had a self propelled Hoover before and just assumed this was too. WRONG.!! After using this, you can skip the gym for a week.!! Hoover/Best Buy.... If you’re listening, work on having self propelled units at store level so a person can buy one local when they needed it instead of being forced to buy “Online”

Convenient and easy to use

Loved rewind cord and attachments/ only worked 1 w

Loved the rewind on the cord and attachments. Returned it with no problem and replaced with pet model. No rewind but works well.
