I absolutely love this vacuum! It works well on floors and carpet. I recommend to my mom and she purchased and loves it also. This works better than vacuums I have purchased previously that cost more. I would definitely recommend this product.

I returned 2 vacuums prior to picking this model and it's great. Great suction, tools work good, the only complaint I have is it's a little noisy and louder than I expected but if it works good I'm willing to deal with it.

i am pretty excited i bought the Hoover Windtunnel 2. it does a great job with the task it was made to do. was able to purchase at a discount, so i as REAL excited at that opportunity. only thing is the suction connector. there is an area where the crevice tool is parked, that counteracts with the suction connector - the place that sucks up the trash. the crevice tool pushes against the hose; that prevents the connection from being as tight as it should be and therefore, keeps the vacuum from being as powerful as it could be. still won't give it away. it works great.

IT has great suction. Love the button that rolls up the cord. The button to turn on is lower then was use to. It would be better if closer handle. The older Hoover I had was. I used that one for 15 years.

It does vacuum well, and I like the retractable cord. I'm not really a fan of the attachment; don't seem to work efficiently. The vacuum itself is ok for having a dog.

This Hoover vacuum is powerful, yet light for easy maneuvering. It also slips into tight corners & under cabinets, etc readily. The feature we like best is the cord rewind feature triggered by a foot tap. We hope it lasts a long time!

Easy to use and easy to clean. I love all the attachments to help keep all the pet hair under control. Had to replace after 4 years due to power surge, otherwise it was still working great!

This vacuum does a good job. It doesn't get a 5 star review because the brush roller will sometimes kick away a small objects you are trying to pick up. Also the hose attachment will pull the vacuum over when sweeping under things. You can get learn to change the way you vacuum to get around the problems. The things do not make me wish I didn't buy it. The price was right and it does pick up all the dog hair and dirt. Easy to empty too. I like not having to buy bags for it.

Can't believe I waited so long to get this! Picks up everything INCLUDING pet dander buried deep in the carpet!!!!

I actually would give this 3.5 stars. Suction is good and I like the different heights for different surfaces. I do not like the triangle head attachment. The adjustable head on it moves at the slightest pressure---ugh! Give me a good crevice tool. I haven't used the other attachment yet but I'm hoping it will get in those tight spaces. I like the retractable cord. It's been a good, serviceable vacuum cleaner so far.

Bought this vacuum on line after reading ratings. Wife loves it easy to use great useful attachments, retractable cord. This vacuum has better suction than the old Kirby it replaced. My wife is in heaven. 2 day delivery service by UPS and a great price. Works great for pet hair also. Highly recommend this vacuum.

I read a review that said it didn’t work as well on hardwood floor, but it seems to work fine for mine, as well at tile. The vacuum has great suction power but my only complaint is that it is a bit bulky. But other than that I have no other complaints

We just got this because our Dyson brush won’t spin in our new deep carpet. I think for the price, you can’t really beat this vacuum cleaner. I really like the manual brush height adjustment-if our Dyson has this, it’d probably work just fine but your hands are tied.

Great vacuum for the price. The suction has a lot of power to pick up dirt, and a plus on the self winding power cord. Two things I don't like is that it's a little heavy and load, but gets the job done.

I have bought this vacuum to clean mostly carpet and till now its working as expected.The suction is quite strong and I did not faces any trouble cleaning my carpet and I feel the carpet looks wee maintained now.Recommended
