It's a vacuum. Does it's job very well. Suction is great. A little muscle is needed at first but once it gets rolling it works perfectly. I do have a bit higher carpet than norm, so it may be the reason. I would purchase again and I do recommend this one.

Great little vaccum. We have hardwood with several different rugs. Vacuum is easy to adjust and picks up dirt easily on any surface. Has a handy attachment that picks up dog hair off the couch wonderfully.

Perfect product for carpet and hardwood floors. Works great and so far have no issues. Very easy to setup as most of it comes ready to go out of the box

Had a Shark liftaway before this, was a good vacuum but this one is almost as good at 1 third the price. Also I like the hose reach better on this one. Very good unit for the price. Suction is a little below Shark, but not much.

Bought this in a hurry because our Dyson finally died after 15 years. Its an OK vacuum. Sucks things up fine. The power switch is in an awkward spot and the cord was a pain to automatically coil because its spins in so quick it has knocked my ankle multiple times and it hurts! LOL. It's also heavy and awkward. Kinda regret the quick buy but we needed a vacuum quick. We wound up buying another Dyson on Black Friday. This one is now used to vacuum our cars.

This vacuum is not beefy by any means but certainly works well for some light house work. Very strong suction. Rewinding power cable was a pleasant surprise.

Unfortunately I had received an already opened package, figured it wasn't too bad after I cleaned it up using it proved to be heavy, made it really weird whiny sound I'm assuming I bought it unknowingly broken. Thank goodness the Everett Washington store worked with me because it was past the 14-day return date. I was surprised to find out that vacuum cleaners fall under major appliance at Best Buy therefore I returned it with store credit and purchased the Hoover PowerDrive. See my review on that vacuum

It runs well. Cleans the carpet nicely! The only negative is that it is very, very loud. It seems a lot louder than my Windtunnel 1.

A little heavy but great strong machine. Area carpets get superclean and bare floors get clean too! Very good product and highly recommended. This machine does the work it's intended to do and more! Such a beast! Thank you Best Buy!

Boy does this Hoover vacuum suck and I do mean suction power to the second power. Easy to use, see through debris cup, relatively lightweight with a nice flair aesthetically speaking. They really outdid themselves this time.

The vaccum has many extra attachments which is a plus. I like that it has a vaccum floor feature. The suction is good and the vacuum is easy to maneuver. Pretty good over all.

This is my 3rd Hoover Wind Tunnel Vacuum. Really does well on any type floor. I love how deeply clean my carpet gets. Love the automatic rewind cord and it is bagless. This vacuum was on sale and I had a coupon for further savings...I recommend highly.

this works great and was a great price. Was easy to use. Hoover has been around a long time and have only bought hoover. They last a long time and are able to be fixed when needed.

Nice product and served its time. The product just stopped working. Theagent told me this product wasn't serviceable by the geek squad but I was welcone to pick another product out in its place

The vacuum was easy to use and had some good utensils. It was really loud though and didn't last very long before I had to replace it.
