Very good performance on all types of floors, versatile tools, and cord rewind is useful. I like the carry handle on the bin. Much easier to carry the vacuum up the stairs than when using the normal push handle.

This is a good value since the price is low and the vacuum does a very good job. Good selection of tools and the auto return cord is a good idea - however mine just got stuck all out - so not so good in practice. Collection canister is good and easy to empty. This vacuum is pretty heavy, so if that would be important to you take note.

Love this vacuum. It does a great job in high carpet and floors. I’ve had it for over a year. You have to rinse out the filter once in a while but it has an indicator to tell you when. I gave it 4 stars because one of the attachments keeps falling off when I vacuum and it’s really annoying.

My husband I bought this vacuum before we moved out of our apartment to vacuum areas that hadnt been touched in years (literally). It picked up all the dust and hair with ease. The attachments also did a great job getting in the corners. The vacuum is heavy and the base is wide, so using it on our stairs is difficult because the steps arent deep enough to rest the vacuum on without holding it. It wasnt the best on hardwood, but that could be due to the setting I used.

My beloved canister got over-filled (moving - moved furniture, lots of dust and cat fur), so it is in repair and I needed a replacement. This model was not expensive, good reputation, and a second motor to drive the beater head. I am quite happy with the work it is doing - what I had brushed out of the canister filled the cup. It is heavy enough to put good pressure on the carpet without me having to strain. With the cup it is easy to see when it needs to be emptied. Downside is that it *is* heavy, so you are pushing that weight around all the time; I really dislike bagless vacuums, even if it is easier to see when to empty it; and it doesn't do that great on hard floors - or using the wand attachment. But overall, it is what I needed until my regular vacuum is back - then I will pass it on to someone else with carpets!

Having an electrical cord that fully retracts into the vacuum is an excellent innovation, as is the design that allows all of the attachments to stay onboard. Performance thus far has been excellent, Plenty of cleaning power for area rugs, hardwood floors and carpet. Fairly lightweight for a full-size upright vacuum.

Powerful and easy to use. Does all you would expect from a Hoover. Easy to empty canister as well. Love the self retracting cord. Only thing is power button is in a strange place too far down on the back and not easy to locate. Tools stow nicely onboard.

Let me tell you what I love about MY vacuum cleaner. First the retractable electric cord. Second the 2 levels of suction, if level one doesn't do it, you can amp it up to level 2 which has definitely taken care of my vacuuming needs. Third the ease of being able to dump the canister. Fourth the great way that the attachments stay attached and their ease of use and extension capability. First vacuum I can say, "It's got it all."

This vacuum is amazing. Well worth it. Even tough it needed repairs within the warranty date, it was fixed with no problem. It works great on thick carpets and cleaning ceiling fans.

This vacuum cleaner is very good. It cleans the carpet extremely well, and it's nice to push a button with your foot and have cord retract back into the vacuum cleaner. Very nice.

I purchased this vacuum after reading quite a bit of reviews and I’m happy with the purchase. The set up was painless and quick. I’d say it took me less than 5 minutes to assemble. Now, on to the performance of the vacuum: The suction for the floor settings works amazing. I was looking for something to clean both medium pile carpet and hardwood floors and I’m satisfied. The accessories portion is where one star was deducted. When trying to use the extension for the brush, the suction is very faint. Oh! And it’s a bit loud when vacuuming. And if you happen to have cereal or anything similar being sucked into the vacuum, that makes it even louder lol so just prepare for that. Otherwise, this will do just fine. Enjoy.

This vacuum really sucks! It's perfect for pets. We have a bunny and it does great at cleaning her hair and poo. I love all the attachments it comes with. It's pretty quiet too.

I ordered the vacuum online and delivery came as expected. It was easy for one person to assemble. I have found it to be a very good vacuum for both rugs and hard surfaces.

what a difference! it's light and easy to carry and operate. All the little doodads are handy. Getting some mileage outta this thing. I vacuumed over an area I had just vacuumed with my old machine. I was amazed at what was left in the rug! The easy to empty and clean clear barrel makes it clear what you are getting up. Great machine.

It's an upgrade. But appears to be more louder noise then the first one. Picks up better than the first one.

We purchased the Hoover - WindTunnel® 2 Whole House™ Rewind Bagless Upright Vacuum after checking so many reviews & Consumer Reports. Most of the vacuums in the $100 price range were similar in features. We chose the WindTunnel because of the cord rewind for tidy storage and the long handle for the upholstery brushes. A pleasant surprise noted with this vacuum is the carpet brush feature which can be turned on/off. Perfect for tile and hardwood floors! This is so helpful since the debris does not get pushed out the back of the vacuum. Be careful when emptying the canister as it's a little tricky & messy.
