I bought this around November 2019 and by January 2020 it had lost suction. Best Buy said not to return it to the store to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer said that loss of suction is not covered under the warranty. They sent me a list of places near my home I could take it to for warranty work. All Three places stated they have asked Hoover to remove them from their list because they do not do warranty work. They literally offered me no resolve telling me to empty and clean the container which I did and after using it only a few times it was not that dirty. it’s been sitting in my garage since and I’ll be taking it to the dump and it just irked me even more remembering that I wasted $120 and neither Best Buy nor Hoover could help me with a workable solution. I don’t know how losing suction after 2 months is not a covered defect.

I wasn't sure what to expect as I've never paid such a low amount for a vacuum, but this has been a great experience so far. It shows you in the canister exactly what you are picking up. The canister is easy to clean out and all the attachments are great. I was surprised how much I like using the ceiling fan cleaner. Thought it would be a waste of time but actually works really well. We have a bunch of cats so we are constantly using the vacuum for pet fur and it does a great job. Purchased the two year plan just in case anything goes wrong, but so far, this is a great vaccuum.

It's better then the last vacuum even the suction.. The only thing i don't like it's kinda Heavy!

This vacuum is a work horse, it has great power, it’s solid and works well although it’s a little heavy it does pick up very well and leaves carpet and floors clean. Hair does not easily tangle in its roller although occasionally it needs to be cleaned out if using in areas with a lot of long hair

We have had a hoover for a while and bought this as it is reasonably priced and works well.

easy to operate, tools are excellent & easy to attach & store. easy to empty dirt container and put back in. Great suction. Excellent for the price!

Good vac but not super for pet hair. It clogs up pretty easily and the tool is impossible to clean. The rest of the vacuum is easily to clean though, and it's pretty reliable.

This vacuum is really good and heavy duty too. It's a bit heavy while vacuuming but I don't mind because it literally gets the job done. The suction is phenomenal and it's more than what I expected. The vacuum was on sale and a great buy. Even if it wasn't it's still great. Thank you

This replaced Hoover’s pet vac from about 10 years ago and this is awesome. Great suction and easy use. Roller doesn’t start till the head is pushed down . Extra long extension cord. Great extra wand attachments . The pet or stair attachment is ok, if you push firm on it and doesn’t work well.

This has been a dependable vacuum with easy to use tools. I particularly like the retractable cord. It has maintained strong suction and it cleans easily, including filter.

This vacuum cleans so well! I love it! My only issues are the weight (so much heavier than my last vacuum), and I'm not crazy about the stairs attachment. It's not easy to maneuver. Other than that, great product... and the automatic cord rewind is definitely a bonus!

I love to use Best Buy as much as I can especially after seeing now ransacked by looters. This vacuum is perfect for both my carpet and wood tile floors. I love the button that automatically rewind the cord inside the machine!

This vacuum is not very heavy and has great suction. The attachment is excellent for cleaning high places and ceiling fans. Easy to empty and easy to use. I love the different floor settings. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Easy to setup and use. Great power and simple to empty the container Especially like the retractable cord. Hassle-free no more unwinding a cord to start and no more winding it back up to put away. Havent used the brushes yet but they look good and store easy

Pros: Much worth for the money... Suction is powerful. Cons: Noise is louder than expected. Bit Heavier to lift and use.

Have a robo vac that runs every other day, as well as a D**son stick vac that I used for ‘heavier’ cleaning. The D**son needed replacing, but I was wary of dropping $$$ for another stick vac; decided to get this Hoover. And the Hoover showed me how much dirt WASN’T being picked up by robo and the stick. Embarrassing!!! And a little annoying. I paid good money for robo and the stick - but this Hoover out sucks them both - in a good way. Lesson learned. Just wish it was a little bit lighter, but I’ll trade that for cleaner floors!

This is an amazing vacuum! Very modern! The cord retracts, the power button is a switch not a foot petal, dump bucket, the attachments are perfect for every home! The first time I used it my carpet felt so fluffy and looked so alive! I recommend this vacuum one hundred percent!

It really does the job...never loose suction, has great capacity of dust without getting stuck. Easy to clean and easy assembly.

There are a few particular features of this vacuum I like. I like the adjustments for the spinning brush. I can turn that off for hard floors, and I can also adjust the height of the vacuum for different thicknesses of carpet. That’s perfect for my what I need it to do. I also like the rewinding cord, as that saves time. I prefer a bagless vacuum that is easy to clean, and this one is that as well. The only thing I don’t care for is the brush accessory for the hose flips up (adjusts) too easily. I’d like it to be “stiffer”. Overall, decent vacuum, especially for the price.

This vacuum was a great purchase! It has a lot of power and is easy to move around! I have no difficulty carrying it up stairs with a fear of it being to heavy! All of the attachments are great and the extendable nozzle wand is very useful! I would highly recommend this vacuum!
