    Bought this camera after owning a Cannon DSL for 15 years. IT has been a bit of an adjustment to find the right settings for action shots, particularly of animals. After watching a couple of youtube videos and adjusting settings I have been able to capture some amazing pictures of wildlife with incredible depth and richness of color. However, I admit I am still learning, but thankfully it doesn't cost any more to take 20 shots than 1 shot as many I discard because they are not focused well. When I do capture the perfect shot, it's amazing!

    I like this UV Filter because it helps protect my lens from any accidental scratches. It does this without affecting the picture quality!

    Perfect lens cover. Does everything I need it to do and adds the comforting layer of protection between the harsh outside world and my expensive high end lens. Allows for the lens cap and other features to be added to the lens without issue. You won't even notice it's on - so you can rest easy knowing you can take pictures in even the harshest environments without damaging your lens!

    My advice is never to use a lens without a protective filter. The ease of cleaning and the assurance that the front element won't get scratched-- except in the most extreme circumstances--are worth the cost. Hoya NXT filters are some of the best at maintaining a clear and flare-free image.

    This filter is made of premium materials and quality workmanship. I could have gotten a less expensive filter, but I wanted a filter that would last years and enhance my photos, not just a lens cover.

    Protects the lens, cuts UV radiation and doesn’t degrade the image. I use this lens for bird photography and it works well while protecting my prime lens.

    Great UV filter. Great protection for the lens and it has very good light and color transmission. I only use HOYA filters. They are the best
