First off it’s super slow! Secondly I will never purchase and open boxed item again, they don’t inspect their returns properly. My niece found explicit content that children shouldn’t find.

Stay away from AMD on Windows 10 it runs hot, slow and wiping drives back to factory settings takes hours. So many in fact I returned the laptop still reformatting 5 hours after it started, it was stuck at 46% for 3 hours. Laptop also gets too hot to use.

The computer after 2.5 months would no longer turn on. Quite surprising for an HP. Have learned it has been discontinued now.

I bought this computer to replace a 2 gig, 6 yr old computer for work. I was able to get the computer up and going and was able to install software needed for work, used the computer 2-3 times and it is slow, very, very slow. I had it freeze up on me 3-4 times while working on it the last time and decided to return it. Best Buy told me that windows 10 requires 4 gig just to run so this was causing the issue and that I needed to buy a more expensive computer. If I were to exchange the computer for a new computer, they were going to charge me $120.00 to move 1 file to the new computer. I am not sure yet if there was just an issue specific to this computer or if the computer just sucks.

I bought this computer because my 6- year old hp pavilion was stolen. This model is slower than my old one. Like WAY slower. Good luck having multiple tabs open in any web browser or two word docs open at the same time. Remember what dial up felt like, that's how everything about this computer feels. Click on any program or doc and you might as well walk away and do something else while it opens. I suggest spending a little more and getting something that actually works.

My computer stopped working after 6 weeks and I took it into Best Buy Canada and they said I have to call and have it repaired or replaced. Very disappointed

Had 2 different computers same style both only lasted 3 weeks before not being able to turn on. Trying a different brand next.

is it to late to return this lap top I do not like it I would rather have a dell I was going to buy from the start but sales man said this was better should not of listen

The Disk was at 100% continuously and caused the machine to freeze for up to 5 minutes or longer before doing any task. Returned it and will look for another laptop.

Three HP laptops with the AMD 12 processor.very slow for start up for searches very disappointed return two of them should've returned the third

Screen failed, slow modem also many software updates prior to being able to use. Would mot recommend

4 months and the hard drive is gone! Also not happy with Best Buy

Bought this laptop less than 6 weeks ago, defective motherboard .....seems to be pretty common. Went through all the 40 steps HP recommended but nothing worked. Took it to the Geek Squad at best buy and they said the motherboard was defective. Good job Hewitt Packard!! Also not impressed with Best buy for selling this garbage. I have spent a lot of money there over the years but will no longer as they will not back up a product past 15 days and the salesman that sold it to us told us that their models were better than any other stores because they were all having monitor problems, what a load of Garbage!! Goodbye Best Buy and HP!!!!!

I'm very disappointed in this laptop. Not even a year old, have only used for school; the first 3 months I had it I had to get the fan and battery replaced!! With it being so new, they would only send it out to be repaired. 10 months old and will need the battery replaced AGAIN. Not sure how this got such a high review, but I will never buy another HP again.

This laptop has not worked properly since I opened the box. The whole thing is slow to the point it is a waste of time. Got this laptop to replace one I dropped a latte on- the one with the fried motherboard is quicker! Have been in contact with both HP and Microsoft to no effect. That just made it worse!
