The fact of being portable is very useful in my life at this time. Did not like the use of the pad to move the mouse so I got a wireless mouse to use.

Laptop performs flawlessly with extremely quick response time. Set up was easy without any problems. It has all the features I need when paired up with a USB hub and external CD/DVD drive. Very satisfied customer

Fantastic laptop! Great for this 65 year old retiree that wants to have a light weight and easy to carry laptop to take on trips and keep in the home office. Great value for the price. I highly recommend it.

I ordered the Laptop at 10:00 in the morning (after my old laptop was dropped) and got a text 20 minutes later, my order was ready for pickup. Still got it up and running for an 11:00 conference call.

It is better than I expected. I had a smaller screen before I purchased this one and I am so happy I did. It truly makes work so much easier with a larger screen.

Purchased thia for.my 85 yr old mother. Screen is big and eaay to.see. thinking i should havw gotten her a touch screen though. All and all easy to use, responsive and easy connections. Great use for the money

The screen is a really nice size. The colors are great. I really like the keys. It has a very smooth key board.

Good laptop for school, th keys get stuck sometimes. It could be just my keyboard but overall decent laptop and Microsoft ready programs already available on it. The screen size is my ideal size, 17 inches.

Purchased this new laptop. Had a really knowledgeable sales person who showed me the different features of a couple of different brands of laptop computers. I prefer the Hp products and after looking at this laptop it was an easy descion . He also mentione that this model might be on sale. So I made the purchase. Am not that computer friendly but kept looking for any sales and it went on sale. Made another trip to Mankato And visited with a Best Buy agent and received a nice refund on this purchase.

I was looking for a replacement for my desktop computer when Microsoft would no longer support Windows 10. I didn't need anything super fast or with loads of storage as I only use it for simple searches and reading my email. This fit the bill. Easy to set up and works great.

Love the large screen and it's very clear. Battery life is ok. I would recommend .

Working in IT I should have been a bit more skeptical. HP consumer laptops don't last. We bought the laptop as HP is the only brand at Best Buy that offers a 17.3 screen. The price was great at $375. Had to return it after only one month. My wife booted her laptop and was presented with a HD not found message. Boxed it back up and returned it. Kudos to Best Buy store in Federal Way and the nice customer service return desk person as they were very kind and processed the return quickly and with no hassle.

I boughtbthis laptop for my mom and she lives it. I would recommend this laptop to anyone. I work in an IT office and we buy HP laptops. That is why I bought thisnone for my mom. It was a great choice.

Hard drive failed to boot up one week after I bought it! Geek squad replaced the whole computer!! Very lucky I did not loose all my data. Fortunately I saved my old machine and Geek squad was able to reload on to a new machine. Could have been a real data disaster. New box seems to be working okay but be very careful!!!!!!

This laptop works beautifully and it's very convenient for me to use when I don't get to use my computer and basically my laptop is very easy for me to carry with me anywhere I have to go.
