The laptop runs great but initially it was buggy and slow till the updates were applied. Not really big on buying refurbished but so far no issues.

Battery does not keep a charge needs to be plugged in every time I start it. Case is a little loose but other than that it has been a great value and a very good Covid purchase. I have recommended purchase to co-workers

New laptop is perfect for home and work. Even though it has been refurbished it works like brand new and is a spectacular upgrade from my old HP.

Had to return because the back light stopped working. You could still see the screen if you used a flash light though.
