I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! The laptop is incredibly lightweight, boots up in seconds, and handles multitasking like a champ. Whether I’m editing documents, streaming 4K videos, or jumping between multiple tabs, it performs flawlessly without heating up. The screen is crisp and vibrant, and the battery lasts me through an entire workday on a single charge.
Best of all, setup was a breeze — even for someone who’s not super tech-savvy. You can tell this is a high-quality machine from the moment you unbox it. Definitely exceeded my expectations and I’d recommend it to anyone needing power and portability.
Thank you Best Buy — 10/10!

If you are looking for an inexpensive laptop to handle all of the basics (email, word processing, school work, web surfing, etc), this Chromebook is a terrific option.
Pros:
- The texture of the chassis is one of my favorite features. It makes this Chromebook easy to hold on to, where others can be slick. The texture also helps make it more resistant to finger grease/stains that many laptops have problems with.
- The size and weight of this device make it extremely portable. It can fit in any backpack or tote bag with ease and you might not even notice it's in there.
- The 4 GB of RAM is more than enough to keep you multitasking without issue.
- The affordability of this Chromebook might be its best feature. It is priced for
Cons:
- The screen resolution is decent, but not great. You would have to go with more expensive models if that is important to you.
- The CPU is for budget models, so don't expect everything to run as fast as it would on pricier machines.
- Like with most every Chromebook, storage space is limited (64GB) so always be prepared to use external or cloud storage.
While it doesn't have the highest specs, if you don't need a system for gaming or watching content in the best resolution, I found this to be an excellent alternative to more expensive machines.

This laptop is really good, featuring a sleek, lightweight design that makes it highly portable. I have had no issues with its performance, which is fast and reliable, suitable for both work and entertainment. I like it because it is small and compact, making it easy to carry around and fit into any bag.

The HP laptop delivers reliable performance with a sleek design, fast boot-up, and strong battery life. Ideal for everyday tasks, streaming, and light work, it runs smoothly with Windows 11. The display is clear, and the keyboard is comfortable. Great value for students or casual users needing dependable functionality.

I found this to be one of the most lack luster chromebooks I have ever had the opportunity to use. The build feels extremely low quality and fragile. Itfeels like HP just didn't care when they made this one. Internally, there's 4 GB of memory with no slots to expand it with the use of any micro SD card. The screen is also very washed out at it's brightess setting. The screen needs to be leaned back to around a 65 degree angle to get a decent picture. And for the most part, I've found that it's best to just keep it on the Dark mode setting for visual appeal. The positives include, a headphone/3.5 mm aux port, 2 USB Type A ports, and a full sized HDMI port. Type C port for chargimg with the 45 Watt power source. There s an onboard camera, for Zoom meetings or just video chatting.Which really isn't too bad. And the speakers sound passable and you can cast to other devices if you want a better viewing experience. The battery life is pretty good, but I honestly don't feel like it really has to work very hard. So where's the power consumption? It just feels really cheap and using it doesn't change my thoughts on that. I really feel like HP could've put more effort into this build. If you absolutely must have a chromebook and you don't care about screen quality or even build quality, I'd still say shop around some more. This is below par.

great for basics. with the sale in the store for 150$ its a deal. definitely not a gaming machine but its a good replacement for a school computer in the summer time. does everything you would do with your regular tablet and then some. good battery life, nice screen , quick on/off. something you would pack for a trip and won't thing about it breaking.

I ordered this product online. I was pleasantly surprised that the Chromebook was so light. It also fit neatly into my backpack. I was excited when I saw that it was google. However, I did not know when I purchased two of these Chromebooks for my daughter and myself; these are pretty useless without wi-fi. If I am in an area where there is no Wi-Fi; I cannot access, edit, or work on any of my Microsoft Office docs, etc.
Still, this is a product that I would recommend for travel or school. I would also advise purchasing Microsoft Office for use when offline.
The Chromebook is extremely light-weight, sleekly designed, and already equipped with Google! In addition, the battery seems to last much longer that the laptop I owned previously. The graphics are crystal clear!

We got this on Labor Day sale for our kids for homework- they usually borrow our laptop, but it’s so slow, and at school they use chromebooks. So we got this for homework purposes, and my daughter (9th) grade said it’s changed her life. High school has a lot of homework, and having a Chromebook, that is quick and doesn’t slow her down- has made that so much easier. She also plans to bring it on road trips with us this upcoming travel ball season, since we are out of town so much. Hotspotting this will be so helpful!

For the price, this laptop is great. I bought it for traveling around Europe, where I need a laptop at times for things that are difficult on a phone but I did not want to bring my more expensive laptop. It is a good size for what I need -- editing documents, updating spreadsheets, going through emails, videoconferencing, or just watching a movie. For my basic uses, the speed is sufficient, the screen is clear, and the sound and camera are reasonably good. I miss no back-light on the keyboard, especially since the layout is different from the device I typically use, but that is a cost trade-off I can live with. Overall, I am happy with what I got for the price that I paid.

Works great for basic browsing and email. I light the lights lightweight and portability of it.
Potential glitch is when scrolling using the tough screen it enlarges everything and difficult to revert back

It's perfect. It syncs seamlessly with your android and google One. Perfect for balancing budgets, discord, or simply watching YouTube. Recharges from almost dead in under an hour and half then lasts for a day as you use it. Thin sleek and fast. Got mine for the sale of $129 plus tax. It's better than my $300 touchscreen laptop. Everything is digital nowadays so I'm not worried about a disk drive. Be sure to let it vent properly. So no setting it on a bed as the bottom will get hot but that's a rule for all laptops.

I got this HP 14” Chromebook mainly for simple stuff like browsing, emails, YouTube, and Google Docs. It’s not super powerful, but it does the job if you don’t need anything fancy. I was surprised it has 256GB of storage — that’s a lot for a Chromebook, and really helpful for saving files. It’s lightweight and the battery lasts most of the day.
Only downside is it can be a little slow if you open too many tabs, but that’s expected with 4GB RAM. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for something affordable and easy to use.

Great computer, pickup was super easy and fast. The chrome book is perfect for school, good processing time, with great resolution. Gig for memory is good, only slight down fall is the mouse pad isn't the greatest, but overall function is awesome.

This laptop is easy to use and very convenient for me. The battery life is amazing. I used my computer for 48 hours before it lost its battery. It’s very easy to use, the google chrome installation is definitely a plus. I would recommend this product for anyone in school or working.

After first receiving the laptop, there was an easy start up. It even came fully charged. The screen did take a few uses to clear up. Overall a solid product.
