This laptop is too beautiful!! I can use anywhere, the HP laptop. modern, elegant and portable design. I'm in love!! The battery lasts a long time. I have done all my work with this laptop !! The camera has an optimal resolution, sharp ! Super light, I carry it in my bag without feeling the weight. At home, in the office, on the beach, I can use this laptop everywhere !! He is perfect!! I strongly recommend !!

I was a little hesitant to purchase this computer based on the limited number of reviews, but I'm glad I did. I'm using it for cyber school and it's working perfectly and looks brand new. It has amazing, better than expected, battery life and runs fast. Great purchase! The only gripe I have is one of the specs was inaccurate - that didn't matter in the long run, so I kept it. I'd purchase from Joy Systems again.

Specs are good, but refurbished unit at this price, I thought would not be that bad. But unit started having glitches with screen blacking out on 12 th day. Luckily I had 2 days to return it back, so that's what I would be doing

Very well refurbishing, looks brand new and was very secure, as well as arriving extremely quick, but I'm a bit sad there isn't a disc port on the computer, but does what I need it to do.

I've owned it for over 6 months now and have no issues with my purchase! This computer is worth every penny for what the specs are. The battery life to me is poor, but I keep mine plug in so I don't care.

Its an excellent product, excellent specs. I had to retun it because of a bump on the back cover of that one particular laptop.

Good quality, it compares to the of a brand new computer. However, it does have a tendency of glitching (it had a crazy long startup time) and being a bit slow at times, as well as having a pretty short battery life. Overall, it does what it says it does, so you overlook those flaws, it could be a great computer for you.
